Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un projecteur elliptique pour véhicule automobile apte à émettre un faisceau à coupure. Ce projecteur est principalement composé d'un module optique (1) qui est apte à émettre un faisceau lumineux et qui est porté par un châssis du projecteur par l'intermédiaire d'un support de montage (2). Le projecteur est équipé d'un cache principal qui présente deux portions de bord dont une portion de bord haute et une portion de bord basse pour former un faisceau à coupure, et d'un cache vacancier (10) qui est monté mobile entre une position escamotée et une position d'utilisation. Le cache vacancier (10) est porté par le support de montage (2) sur lequel il est monté mobile dans son plan général entre sa position escamotée et sa position d'utilisation.
