Abstract
Description
L'invention concerne une pièce de maintien d'un câblage électrique sur un organe massif d'un moteur, la pièce présentant une direction principale d'allongement et comprenant une ou plusieurs goulottes où le câblage peut être reçu et des moyens de fixation à l'organe massif. Un problème rencontré sur ce type de pièce est son montage sur l'organe massif concerné du moteur, typiquement un carter de boîte de vitesses, ainsi que le 10 coût de la pièce. L'invention a pour but de prendre en compte de telles considérations et vise à satisfaire tout ou partie des objectifs suivants : - gain en termes de temps et facilité de montage, 15 gain en termes de volume de pièce, réduction de coûts : fabrication et/ou fixation et/ou temps d'installation. Dans ces conditions, il est proposé que la pièce de maintien précitée soit telle que : 20 - les moyens de fixation comprennent exclusivement une vis engagée dans un orifice de la pièce, la pièce comprend en outre une première butée éloignée de l'orifice où est engagée la vis et une seconde butée située à proximité immédiate de cet 25 orifice, - et, lorsque la première butée vient en appui contre l'organe, celle-ci assure un blocage en rotation de la pièce à la manière d'un étrier, tandis que lorsque la seconde butée vient en outre elle-même en appui, un 30 positionnement précis de l'axe de l'orifice de la pièce est assuré, coaxialement au trou de l'organe massif où se fixe la vis. Comme on le constate fig.l, lorsque la première butée 13 vient en appui contre l'organe 5, cette butée assure un blocage en rotation de la pièce 1 à la manière d'un étrier. De façon complémentaire, vers l'extrémité longitudinalement opposée, c'est lorsque la seconde butée 15 va venir par ailleurs elle-même en appui contre cet organe qu'un positionnement précis de l'axe lla de l'orifice 11 va être assuré, coaxialement au trou 17 de l'organe 5 où se fixe la vis 9 ; voir fig.l. Sur cette fig.3, on voit d'ailleurs que la goulotte secondaire 3b qui débouche sur la goulotte principale 3a est transversale, ici perpendiculaire, à la direction d'allongement la.
