Description
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de parementThe invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cladding panel
notamment pour mur intérieur ou extérieur. L'invention concerne encore un tel panneau de parement issu de ce procédé de fabrication. especially for interior or exterior wall. The invention also relates to such a facing panel resulting from this manufacturing process.
The present invention relates to the field of interior and exterior wall cladding for the purpose of reproducing, as accurately as possible, a wall of natural stones and / or bricks. In the past, it was customary to build many constructions from natural stones. As for the current methods of construction, they use easy and fast implementation materials resulting in a lower cost. However, whether outdoors or indoors, natural stones give a building a particular aesthetic appearance that we would like to find in a modern home, designed from cheaper materials. It is in this context that a range of wall cladding products have been developed to reproduce the appearance of a traditional natural stone or brick construction. It is particularly known to design plastering units from plaster when they are used internally or other hydraulic binders, or even composite materials in case of outdoor application. Also, to proceed to the wall facing of a building is proposed on the market a wide variety of different plating units adopting the shapes and appearance of a large number of natural stones or traditional bricks. Exactly, depending on the shape of these plating units, is applied by means of a suitable glue, these plating units in an orderly or random manner on the wall to be decorated.
Obviously, depending on the experience and dexterity of the operator, different results will be obtained. Note that once the plating units are perfectly bonded, the operator must apply between them a coating designed to imitate the joint mortar used for the construction of a brick or natural stone wall. It is understandable that depending on the surface to be decorated, the application of this coating forming the joints is a tedious and time consuming operation with a result that depends, again, dexterity and the experience of the speaker. It is also known, particularly from document FR-2.732.701, pre-paired decorative slabs consisting of a plurality of plating elements, reproducing natural materials, such as stones or rollers, made integral, by impregnation, a frame of natural fibers, synthetic or other. They have a non-uniform contour so as to allow their interlocking, like a puzzle, to make invisible the line of joint between two consecutive slabs. For the implementation of these slabs, it is applied to the support to be dressed, a suitable glue. Through the use of a sufficiently openwork frame, laying a slab leads to a rise of glue, forming a seal, between the various elements of plating that make up this slab. The disadvantage resulting from this type of siding is that the quality of the seal between plating elements is strictly dependent on the sizing thickness of the support. In all cases this method does not dispense with the operator to smooth joints whose texture is itself dependent on the bonding function that must ensure this material. In addition, the slabs are here strictly identical to each other, which leads to a facing of a particular regularity that can not be obtained with natural materials.
In reality, the plating elements involved in the composition of this type of pre-paired slabs are either small in size or intended to reproduce a wall composed of elements of regular geometry, such as a brick wall.
It is also known from document EP-1.319.525, a method of overmolding a real wall of natural stone to obtain a silicone mold allowing, then, the reproduction of this wall, more precisely the part of the copied wall.
In this regard, the reproduction process consists of depositing in the bottom of the silicone mold, a coloring agent, for example iron oxide, in particular at the fingerprints reproducing the stones, knowing that another coloring agent can be used. applied, through a second pass, to give fingerprints joints between stones, a different coloring. In a following operation, a first layer of resin is applied to these coloring components, before pouring into the mold a composite material corresponding to a mixture of resins and glass fibers. A final resin spray is performed on what will define the rear face of the facing panel thus designed. The problem with this type of facing panel is its lack of modularity. More precisely, being a reproduction of real walls, it can not be assured continuity between two panels juxtaposed. In short, to obtain a quality reproduction, it is essential to design a panel in one piece of the size of the wall to be coated. In the opposite case, it is almost impossible to make invisible the line of junction between two panels, arranged in the continuity of one another. Another disadvantage arises from the coloring process. In particular, it is difficult to apply a first coloring in the footprints imitating the stones, without overflowing at the joints. Very often, the colorings between joints and stones come to interlock with each other, highlighting the imitation compared to reality. The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the state of the art through a method of manufacturing a facing panel, in particular an interior or exterior wall, from natural stone veneer units. in traditional bricks or in reconstituted material, the method consisting in: - spreading on a molding table, according to a determined thickness, a reinforced structural coating, preferably made of a composite material, based on resin and fiberglass, - to be applied, partially burying the plating units in the structural plaster before or during polymerization, in an orderly or random arrangement, and then, after at least partial polymerization, demolding the panel obtained. The method further provides, according to a feature of the invention, after the establishment of the plating units and before complete polymerization of the structural coating, to proceed to a dusting of the joints of the panel being made by means of a sandy material. According to yet another feature of the invention, the plating units result from a method of overmolding natural stones or traditional bricks. According to yet another particularity of the present invention, the overmolding table comprises at least one partition wall with multiple curvatures with respect to which is adapted the arrangement of the plating units for the manufacture of at least two facing panel modules. distinct, juxtaposable. The advantages which flow from the present invention are that the plating units, when they are not natural stones, are each made in separate molds, making it possible to obtain independent plating units capable of take place, individually and randomly, on the molding table. Also, each facing panel is unique and has no repetitive patterns such as, for example, pre-paired tiles. Moreover, the method according to the invention allows independent treatment of the joints with respect to the plating units, without the interpenetration of the colors in each other. In addition, the manufacturing method according to the invention allows the design of panel modules whose junction line, with multiple curvatures, becomes completely imperceptible, once these modules assembled. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to an exemplary embodiment given by way of indication and not limitation. The understanding of this description will be facilitated by reference to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figures 1 to 5 illustrate the steps for making a mold for making the plating units; FIG. 6 schematically illustrates this step of molding the plating units; - Figure 7 shows schematically a step in the dyeing process of a plating unit; FIG. 8 illustrates, in accordance with the invention, the step of placing the plating units in a plaster of structures lining a molding table; FIG 9 is a schematic representation of the dusting of the joints between plating units; FIG. 10 schematically illustrates the subdivision of a molding table by means of partition walls with multiple curvatures; - Figure 11 illustrates the step of joining between two panels or panel modules. Figure 12 schematically shows the design of a corner facing panel; FIG. 13 is a view similar to FIG. 11 showing the design of an arch facing panel. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a facing panel 1, which is shown in FIG. 10, knowing that this panel is not necessarily plane, but may be in the form of an element of angle for the covering of a post or in the form of a vault, as will be shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. This panel is intended to cover any support, more particularly an interior or exterior wall of a construction , a ceiling, etc .... More particularly, for the realization of this facing panel 1, it uses two plating units 2, preferably made of reconstituted stones, knowing that the method according to the invention does not exclude the implementation of plating units in natural stones or bricks. Precisely, to return to the reconstituted stone plating units 2, these are preferably obtained through an overmolding process shown in Figures 1 to 7, the accompanying drawings. More particularly, this method provides, in a first step, to design one or more impression molds 3. For this, it is chosen models of stones and / or bricks 4, which are laid in a sealant , Preferably in a sand-based hydraulic mortar and a hydraulic binder. Only the part of the models of stones and / or bricks 4 that one wishes to reproduce is allowed to emerge. It is then proceeded to the imprint of these emerged parts of the models of stones and / or bricks 4 by applying a suitable impression material, preferably a latex laden with colloidal silica, advantageously reinforced with glass fibers or the like. After at least partial drying of this impression material, the impression mold 3 thus obtained is demolded.
Then, in the recessed portions 6 corresponding to the impressions of the models of stones and / or bricks 4, a molding material 8 is cast, for example a polyester resin to which advantageously a suitable filler, such as sodium carbonate, has been added. calcium. After drying of this molding material 8, the stone and / or brick tests 9 thus obtained are demolded. These tests 9 will then be used, as is illustrated in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, to manufacture one or more molds for producing plating units 2. More particularly, said tests 9 are arranged and glued together. on the bottom 11 of a mold making matrix 12, matrix 12 comprising a formwork flange 13 for containing the molding material that will be poured into this matrix 12, the material constituting the production molds 10, namely, advantageously, the silicone. With this or these production molds 10, it is possible to produce the plating units 2 on a large scale.
In the same way, impression molds may be designed for the production of stone and / or brick tests for the mold design of production of angle-plating units, as represented, for example, in Figures 12 and 13.
According to a preferred embodiment, but to which the present invention is not limited, these plating units are obtained by pouring into the production molds 10, a resin added, advantageously a filler, for example, calcium carbonate and of oxides, in order to obtain a desired base color. After curing the resin, the tests obtained are demolded and, according to the invention, quenched in a solvent, for example in an acetone bath, mixed, advantageously, with an oxidation formulation maintained in suspension. This solvent dissolves, superficially, the resin of the tests, allowing the oxides to penetrate into the superficial layer.
These tests are then removed from this solvent bath, which evaporates by allowing the resin to harden and mechanically trap oxides contained in the bath and giving a variation to the base color of these plating units.
More precisely, this method makes it possible to obtain a color saturation variation according to the relief of the plating units. In particular, this method makes it possible to obtain a large variety of types of stones or bricks with specific colors.
In a next step, according to the invention, is spread on a molding table 14, with dimensions at least equal to the facing panel 1 to be produced, a reinforced structural coating 15, preferably made of composite materials, comprising a synthetic binder which is added fiberglass and possibly a suitable load. This coating can be further tinted, for example titanium white oxide. Moreover, other additives, such as calcium carbonate may be added to the resin in particular to intervene on its physical properties, such as viscosity. On this molding table 14 are then arranged, in an orderly or random manner, the plating units 2, knowing that they are slightly buried in the structural plaster 15, so as to produce a slight rise of this plaster between said Plating units 2. As can be seen in FIG. 10, the molding table 14 delimits, through a formwork flange 14a, the dimensions of the cladding panel 1 that it is desired to obtain. In this respect, through this formwork flange 14a, with adaptable shapes, this panel may, for example, be adjusted strictly to the dimensions of the support to be dressed. Figures 12 and 13 illustrate, moreover, the different shapes that can adopt this table 14. In particular, it may comprise two sides forming an angle for the design of a corner trim panel. It can still take the form of a vault to make a panel for the dressing of an existing vault or create such an arch in a room that does not. In addition, this table can be subdivided so as to form several panel modules 1a, 1b, 1c, of smaller size, and therefore of easier transportation. These panel modules 1a, 1b, 1c are intended to be assembled on site, that is to say at the time of dressing the support to be decorated. According to the invention, this subdivision of the molding table 14 is made by means of a subdivision wall 16 with multiple curvatures which are preferentially random. Thus, this or these subdivision walls 16 are arranged on the support defined by the molding table 14, before or after spreading the structural coating 15, before the establishment of the plating units 2, which adopt a provision in function of this or these subdivision walls 16. Through this form with multiple curvatures to which the plating units fit, the junction between the panel modules la, lb, can be made perfectly invisible, as will be apparent of the following description. To return to the manufacturing process of the panel 1, after implantation of the partition wall or walls 16, as well as plating units 2 on the molding table 14, it is sprinkled over the latter, more particularly at the joints 17, between these plating units 2, a sandy material 15a, whose particle size and color are chosen according to the appearance that is desired, so the material that is to be imitated. Note that this material can be sand simply. Preferably, this dusting occurs before the total polymerization of the structural coating 15. In a subsequent step, the excess dusting material that has not been mechanically grasped by the resin 35 during polymerization of the coating is removed. of structure 15.
The cladding panel 1 and / or its modules la, lb, lc, which compose it, are removed from the molding table 14. Preferably, this demolding operation occurs when, through the polymerization, the structural coating 15 reinforced fiberglass has conferred on this panel 1 or its modules 1a, 1b, 1c, sufficient mechanical strength to allow this operation, provided that this polymerization is complete, so as to facilitate the deburring of the panel cladding 1 at the periphery and / or at the height of the subdivision lines of the modules 1a, 1b, 1c. A period of storage on a support avoiding any deformation, can then be considered for the completion of the polymerization which will result in giving the facing panel 1 or its modules 1a, 1b, 1c, sufficient rigidity for their transport and their implementation on site. To return to the molding table 14, as already mentioned above, it can be sized to obtain a facing panel strictly adapted to the dimensions of the wall to decorate.
However, when the wall to be covered is of very large size, this molding table 14 can be designed for making a facing panel constituting, itself, a module that can be juxtaposed with other similar modules without to be identical.
In particular, the shuttering flange 14a of the molding table 14 may, over all or part of the periphery of the latter, adopt a multi-curvature trajectory, just like the subdivision walls 16, this, again, in the In order to make the joining lines between several panels invisible, it will be noted that the upper, multiple curvature formwork edge 18 of a facing panel 1 may, when making the next facing panel, define the formwork edge. lower 19 on the molding table 14 for the making of the second facing panel intended to be juxtaposed, more exactly superimposed, to the facing panel previously made. The same applies to the right and left side formwork edges 20, 21.
Of course, the shape of this and / or these formwork edges 18, 19, 20, 21 may be strictly adapted to the contours of the wall to be dressed. Preferably, the shuttering flange 14a and / or the partition walls 16 are made from a metal foil, in the form of a strip whose height is at least equal to the thickness of the panel 1 to be produced. As for the joints 22 between two juxtaposed facing panels 1 or facing panel modules 1a, 1b lc, they can be made by means of a suitable material, in particular silicone, knowing that this silicone is then sprinkled with a sandy material 15a, preferably the same as that used for the decoration of the joints during the making of these panels or panel modules. As for the fixing of this or these on their support, more particularly a wall, it can be achieved by gluing or by direct screwing or on slats. As can be seen from the preceding description, the present invention makes it possible to obtain facing panels capable of covering a wall so as to give a perfect illusion of a construction made of traditional natural or brick stones. The panels or module panels being made in the workshop, the facing is done with great ease and particularly fast. Only returns to the assembler 30 the step of fixing / gluing of these panels or modules of panels and the realization of possible lines of joints by means of a simple silicone gun and a little dusting material. These lines of joints with multiple curvatures become, thus perfectly undetectable.
Although the invention has been described with respect to a particular embodiment, it is understood that it is by no means limited thereto and that various modifications of shapes, materials and combinations thereof can be made. these various elements without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
