Description

La présente invention concerne le domaine des articles pour leThe present invention relates to the field of articles for the

More particularly, the present invention relates to an article for packaging objects, forming a container, said article comprising, on the one hand, a main body and secondly a sheet partially secured to said main body. In the field of packaging, there are known containers formed from the folding of a semi-rigid article, such as cardboard, equipped with a heat-shrinkable film attached to the inside, allowing the firm retention of the content by retraction of the film . It is particularly known from EP-1.197.435 a member of the type comprising a flat flank and foldable to form a package and at least one covering film of objects placed in the package. Although very widespread, such packages have a number of disadvantages, particularly with regard to the difficulty of adapting the dimensions of the sidewall to form a suitable container to the dimensions of the object to be transported. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an article for the packaging of objects, forming a packaging-type container once the packaged objects, to easily and simply choose the dimensions of the article used to form a container depending on the dimensions of the objects to be transported. Other objects and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description which is given for information only and which is not intended to limit it. The invention relates first of all to an article for the packaging of objects, forming a container, packaging type once the packaged objects, said article comprising, on the one hand, a main body and, on the other hand, a sheet partly subject to said main body.

According to the invention, said main body is, before its use for the packaging of said objects, in the form of a flank of flat cardboard continuous, transversely grooved to fold accordion-shaped, and divisible according to dimensions said container to be formed. More specifically, said carton flank 6 has a multitude of transverse creases 10, spaced at a given pitch p so as to fold said accordion flank and form a stack, as illustrated in Figure 1. Said sheet or film 5 is also folded, internally, accordion, according to said carton flank. The invention also relates to a method for packaging objects using the article as described in the present application. The present invention also relates to the use of such an article for packaging any type of object, and in particular for packaging roller shutters or blinds. The invention will be better understood on reading the following description accompanied by the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 illustrates in perspective an article for the packaging of objects according to the present invention, FIG. 2 schematically represents 3 is a schematic view of the packaging of an object according to the present invention; FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a finished package according to the present invention; FIG. present invention. The present invention relates first of all to an article 1 for the packaging of objects 2 forming a container 3, packaging type once packaged articles. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, said article 1 for the packaging of objects 2 comprises, on the one hand, a main body 4 and, on the other hand, a sheet or film 5 secured in part to said main body 4, 30 covering and corresponding to the dimensions of said main body. According to the present invention, said main body 4 is, before its use for the packaging of said objects 2, in the form of a cardboard flank 6 flat continuously, grooved transversely to fold accordion-shaped 7, and divisible according to the dimensions of said container 1 formed. One of the advantages of the present invention consists in the fact that said article 1 can be delivered in the form of a pallet with the sheet or film 5 already secured on the main body 4. The user can thus choose the length of the sidewall to be used according to the dimensions of said objects 2 to be transported. According to a particular embodiment of the present invention, said blank 10 of cardboard 6 also has longitudinal grooves 11 making it possible to fold said carton 6 to form said container 3. According to another embodiment of the present invention, said sheet 5 is a plastic filrn. It may especially be a heat-shrinkable plastic film. The sheet, by retraction, or by any other suitable means, in particular by the use of an adhesive tape, makes it possible to glue and block the objects 2 to be transported. One of the advantages of the presence of said sheet 5 is to allow the transport in the same container 5 different objects 2 of different dimensions while allowing their blocking. The plastic film can be replaced by any other type of material, especially paper. According to the present invention, said sheet 5 is adhesively bonded to said main body 4, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, by means of at least one glue line 8. The gluing of the sheet 5 onto the body 4 can be carried out in several places or, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, on a longitudinal straight line to said body 4. In addition, said sheet 5 may have dimensions greater than the dimensions of said main body 4, which may allow to completely cover the objects to carry once the container formed by the article 1. According to a particular embodiment of the present invention, the cardboard flank 6 continuously folded accordion-shaped is a folded cardboard zigzag-shaped, called ZZ type cardboard .

As already mentioned above, this type of cardboard has the advantage of being delivered in a pallet and can be cut according to the needs of the user, including the dimensions of the objects 2 to be transported. In addition, said carton flank 6 may be a single corrugated cardboard or, as required, a double corrugated cardboard. The present invention further relates to a method for packaging objects 2 using article 1 as described in the present application. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the method described in the present application makes it possible to form a packaging-type container 3 once the articles 2 have been packaged. According to the invention, said method comprises at least the following steps: - placing said objects 2 to be conditioned on said main body 4, - said main body 4 is cut according to the dimensions of the object 2 to be packaged, - it is folded the main body 4 so as to form a container 3, packaging type, - the objects 2 to be packaged with said sheet 5 are covered in order to protect, block and wedge inside said container 3. Then, we can, the case optionally, come close the two ends of the tube thus formed by covers or other suitable elements, not shown. According to the present invention, article 1 for the packaging of objects as described above, can be used to condition any type of object, and in particular roller shutters or blinds. In this respect, the length of the package L will be determined as a function of the object to be packaged and may be less than said pitch p folding accordion, or higher then using two or more folds of the sidewall. Naturally, other modes of implementation, within the reach of those skilled in the art, could have been envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention.
