Abstract

The device has a housing (1) provided with a locking system vertically sliding on two side rails (2) fixed on the housing, where the housing permits to press a table to be maintained when a user exerts vertical descending force on the housing. The housing has a detachable face permitting positioning or removing of the table. The locking system has a U-shaped blocking crossbar (3) turned towards bottom, where the crossbar has a blocking cleat (4) mounted on a spring (7) at ends.

La présente invention concerne un principe de caisse d'emballage comportant un dispositif réglable de maintien d'éléments rectangulaire, type cadres et tableaux, en vue du transport et du stockage. Ce dispositif permet de maintenir des éléments de différentes dimensions dans une même caisse. Une même caisse peut contenir un ou plusieurs dispositifs réglables. Ce dispositif peut être décliné pour des caisses de différentes dimensions. Traditionnellement, une caisse est fabriquée sur mesure pour un élément et ne peut contenir que cet élément. Elle n'a pas de caractère réutilisable pour des éléments différents. Généralement les cadres ou tableaux sont maintenus par des éléments de quincaillerie fixés au dos de l'élément lui-même, reliés à la caisse ou par des calages périphériques en mousse et par pression sur les faces ce qui risque d'entraîner une dégradation. De même, chaque tableau est préemballé dans des plastiques bulles ou mousse avant d'être mis en caisse. Le dispositif selon l'invention, permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet une boîte de format rectangulaire et verticale (I) (que l'on peut utiliser à l'horizontal) dont une des faces est amovible. L'élément à emballer (16) est posé sur le fond de cette boîte et une traverse mobile (3-10-11), parallèlement au fond, guider par des crémaillères latérales (2) fixées aux cotés de la boîte, vient bloquer l'élément à emballer et assurer son maintien par pression. Cette traverse est manipulée à la main et un système de ressorts (9) intégré permet de gérer la pression sur le tableau. Un système de taquets (4), montés sur ressorts (7), qui se bloquent sur les crémaillères assure le verrouillage de cette traverse. Ce système de traverse mobile permet d'adapter la boîte aux dimensions variées de tableaux et peut ainsi, assurer le maintien de formats différents.  The present invention relates to a packing box principle comprising an adjustable device for holding rectangular elements, such as frames and tables, for transport and storage. A system of cleats (4), mounted on springs (7), which lock on the racks ensures the locking of this cross. This mobile traverse system allows to adapt the box to the various dimensions of tables and can thus ensure the maintenance of different formats.

Les taquets sont munis de manettes (5) permettant de les rétracter, en leur appliquant une force manuelle (latérale, pour libérer la traverse des crémaillères et effectuer ainsi un déplacement vers le haut. - d'une traverse de serrage (I 0) qui coulisse verticalement dans la traverse de blocage en U. Cette traverse est maintenue en position sortie à l'aide de ressorts (9) montés sur des guides (8) fixés à l'intérieur de la traverse de blocage. Ce sont ces ressorts exerçant une force constante sur la traverse de serrage qui permet de maintenir les objets par pression. Des butées (I7) fixées à la traverse de blocage empêche la traverse serrage (I0) de sortir de la traverse de blocage (3). - d'une traverse de maintien (Il) qui est fixée sous la traverse de serrage. En forme de L, elle permet le bon positionnement de l'élément à maintenir. C'est elle qui est habillée de mousse (12) pour préserver l'élément pressé. On retrouve à chacune de ses extrémités, un sabot (13) de guidage qui coulisse le long de la crémaillère. Ces sabots sont fixés à la traverse de maintien (I l ). Ces sabots assurent une rigidité de l'ensemble du système de serrage (20). Cet ensemble de traverses de blocage, de serrage et de maintien vient presser l'élément à maintenir. La pression s'exerce entre cet ensemble et le tableau (16) lui-même posé sur le fond de la boîte qui est, lui aussi, habillé de mousse (15) de protection et d'une butée (14) alignée sur le même plan que la partie verticale de la traverse de maintien de sorte que l'élément à maintenir soit bien vertical. La manipulation du système est simple. En effet, après préréglage de la hauteur du système de serrage à l'aide de la graduation reportée sur les crémaillères en rapport avec le tableau à maintenir, on positionne le tableau verticalement sous le système en l'appuyant contre la traverse de maintien en L et la butée (14). Ensuite, on applique une pression sur la traverse de blocage qui coulisse sur les crémaillères jusqu'au contact avec le tableau.
