Abstract

The device has a hollow handle (5) with two orifices, where one orifice is located at front for receiving a silicone (3) and a tube (2) pierced at its end (1). The handle and the tube are in the form of paint brush. The other orifice is located on top to receive a membrane (4) whose size is made such that the membrane creates a depression to suck a liquid wax when supported with an index and to fill the tube by releasing the index. The tube integrated to the handle projects air fillets coming from a compressor. A piston pierced on a side of a lever passes compressed air via a pipe.

Description

DESCRIPTION La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettantDESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a device for

The existing method is to heat a flame spatula and then dip it in a block of wax and sculpt a model by the wax drop addition system. The back and forth added to small contributions are wasting time and make the operation quite delicate. The device according to the invention saves time and is easier. It makes it possible to bring greater waxes, thus limiting the comings and goings of the device to a cup of liquid wax. It should be remembered that you must bring a cup filled with heated wax with a tealight candle and that you must blow after each application of wax to 1s cool. The device comprises in fact according to a first feature a sealed plastic body in the form of a large brush, provided with an elastic membrane (for example 2 to 5/10 mm thick) and a hollow metal tank (nozzle) pierced at its end. The elastic membrane creates a depression when pressed on and released, thus allowing the liquid wax to be sucked up and dumped. According to particular embodiments: - the nozzle can be cast at once according to the lost wax method. It will have a thickness of 5 to 7/10 mm for example and will be pierced at its end. The orifice will have a diameter of 10 to 15 tenths of a mm. In addition the nozzle will have a special shape to remove it easily with the fingers to clean it if it is clogged. - The handle can be made of plastic in two parts that will be glued thereafter. It will have a shape so that reserves will be made: - one to encompass a piece of heat-resistant silicone that will be glued and a nozzle inside it 2 - the other to fit the ovoid shape of a membrane. The piece of silicone pipe can be cut to the right length (about 1 cm) in a long pipe of about 1 cm inside diameter.

The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention. Figure 1 shows in section, the device of the invention. Figures 2 and 3 show the air cooling system 40 air using an optional compressor. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a hollow handle (5) provided with two orifices for receiving the silicone (3), the nozzle (2) having a hole in its end (1) and the membrane (4). The size of the membrane (4) is such that by pressing on it with the index finger, a vacuum is created which draws in the liquid wax and fills the nozzle to two-thirds by releasing the index finger. In the embodiment according to Figure 2, the handle (5) has on its left side (the membrane being above) an elastic lever (10) which when pushed with the thumb, advances a piston (6). Thus, the piston (6) 50 with holes on its side allows the compressed air coming from a compressor, to pass gradually through the pipe (13) which is oriented at the tip of the nozzle and thus cools the hot wax faster. only with the breath. The handle will be fed at its end by a hose (14) sufficiently long and flexible connected to the compressor.

According to FIG. 3, an elastic metal lever (10) provided with a metal triangle (11) makes, when pushed, a small sliding cylinder plugged at the ends (6) and pierced on its side with an elongated hole . When this cylinder moves it allows the elongated hole to feed the second hole of the outer cylinder (7), in which the small cylinder (6) circulates easily. Thus the air flows from the hose (14) to the hose (13) and cools the wax which has flowed from the nozzle. A small spring allows the cylinder (6) to return to its initial position (8). The lever is glued at its end to the housing (12). The cylinder (7) is fixed to the housing (12) just like the spring. The two hoses (9) exit on the side of the housing (12). They fit into the hollow shaft, just like the case and go out, one at the back (powered by the compressor), the other at the front of the handle. By way of non-limiting example, the handle and the nozzle will have a large brush shape and have a length of about 14 cm.

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for carving wax.
