La présente invention qui concerne un applicateur pour produit colorant ou décolorant de mèches de cheveux ou pour tout autre traitement capillaire, selon un mode de 30 réalisation particulier de réalisation, est montrée en vue de profil sur la Fig.1 et en vue en plan sur la Fig.2. Cet applicateur se présente sous forme d'une pince comprenant une mâchoire inférieure Rep.1 avec poignée Rep.22, une mâchoire supérieure Rep.2 avec poignée Rep.23, une zone de coloration alimentée par un réservoir Rep.3 de produit colorant ou traitant, un peigne amovible de sélection de mèches Rep.4. On notera que les mâchoires sont volontairement décalées latéralement par rapport à leur poignée de manoeuvre correspondante. La mâchoire inférieure Repl est plane et lisse à sa base Rep.5, et constitue un compartiment ou zone de coloration grâce aux parois latérales Rep.6. La mâchoire supérieure Rep.2, pouvant être translucide pour permettre à l'opérateur de maîtriser le travail se déroulant à l'intérieur de l'appareil, est articulée sur la précédente au niveau de l'axe Rep.7 et est maintenue fermée sur celle-ci par l'action du ressort de rappel Rep.8. Grâce à l'effet de ce ressort, l'extrémité de la mâchoire qui comprend un joint à lèvre souple Rep.9, s'appuie fortement sur la base Rep.5 de la mâchoire inférieure d'une part et assure i0 l'étanchéité au niveau des parois latérales Rep.6 d'autre part. Le joint à lèvre, pouvant être également translucide, présente sur toute sa largeur une forme en dépouille Rep.10 assurant en quelque sorte une zone de distribution et de répartition pour l'application de la coloration. Un autre joint Rep.13 situé en partie arrière de la mâchoire supérieure Rep.2 évite le 15 débordement du produit et les fuites indésirables pendant le travail de coloration. Le réservoir amovible Rep.3 ayant un axe principal Rep.14 contenant la composition de coloration pour cheveux est clampé au dessus de la mâchoire supérieure Rep.2, comprenant en son extrémité un conduit tubulaire Rep.l 6 venant s'emmancher dans l'orifice d'alimentation Rep.12 traversant la mâchoire supérieure Rep.2, puis le joint à lèvre en son 20 centre. L'axe principal est équipé d'un piston Rep.17 étanché par le joint torique Rep.18, permettant de coulisser à l'intérieur du réservoir et possédant en partie arrière un poussoir Rep.l9 facilitant son enfoncement. En partie latérale de la mâchoire Rep.1 un peigne amovible Rep.4 est enfilé horizontalement à l'intérieur d'une rainure Rep.20 puis coincé simplement par sa forme en 25 tenon légèrement conique. Ce peigne comprend une série de dents réparties Rep.21 suivant des dispositions correspondant aux espacements souhaités pour les mèches de cheveux à colorer. Ces dents sont éventuellement inclinées facilitant ainsi le prélèvement des mèches de cheveux. Le mode opératoire de cet applicateur est le suivant : 30 Le réservoir Rep.3 est préalablement rechargé du produit: extraction du piston Rep.17 à l'aide de l'axe Rep.14, remplissage du réservoir et remise en place du piston. L'opérateur choisit ensuite le peigne Rep.4 correspondant à l'espacement et la densité de mèches de cheveux à colorer. Les mèches sont sélectionnées et maintenues par une main. Avec l'autre main la pince est ouverte par serrage des poignées Rep.22 et Rep.23, puis les mèches sont introduites latéralement à l'intérieur de l'ouverture, cette opération étant grandement facilitée par le fait que les poignées de manoeuvre décalées latéralement par rapport aux mâchoires permettent le passage libre des cheveux. Les mâchoires sont ensuite rapprochées au plus près du cuir chevelu, puis le relâchement des poignées permet au ressort de rappel Rep.8 d'appliquer un pincement énergique des mèches sélectionnées. Une pression sur le poussoir Rep.19 du réservoir permet d'injecter le produit colorant à l'intérieur de la zone de coloration, celui-ci restant emprisonné entre joint à lèvre déformable, parois latérales Rep.6 et joint arrière Rep.13. La traction vers l'arrière de la pince écrase naturellement, par le biais du joint à lèvre le produit uniformément réparti sur sa longueur, ce qui induit sa diffusion naturelle à l'intérieur de chacune des mèches de cheveux tandis que le joint arrière Rep.13 évite des débordements externes. L'opération se prolonge jusqu'à libération complète des mèches. Cette opération est répétée autant de fois que nécessaire afin de traiter l'ensemble de la chevelure.
