Description

La présente invention concerne une cloison mobile, en particulier pour laThe present invention relates to a movable partition, in particular for the

During repair work in shopping malls and shopping malls, it is mandatory to create a temporary partition to conceal the work, protect access to the site by prohibiting access to the site by the users of the shopping center, while presenting a aesthetic character. In addition, this partition must meet a number of objectives: the partition must include a door for site access to site staff, tools and various materials, this door must be locked, the partitioning must be hermetic the installation of the partition must not damage any element of the structure of the place where it is installed, the assembly and disassembly must be easy and fast. The invention meets all these objectives and consists of a set of elements for producing a movable partition, characterized in that it is composed of a set of rectangular panels and at least one rectangular door module all equipped with means of securing with the panel or the neighboring door module, and also composed of a set of stabilizing brackets and a set of struts. Preferably, the securing means are interlocking or clipping means capable of positioning the panels or modules in the same plane after joining. The invention also relates to a partition made using this set of elements, the brackets being fixed down the partition and on the same side, the struts being arranged vertically and supported between the upper edge of the partition and ceiling of the premises. The invention will be better understood from the following description given with reference to the following appended figures: FIGS. 1 and 2: front view and top view of a nonlimiting example of a partition according to the invention, FIG. 3: Example of panels of different dimensions constituting a partition according to the invention - Figure 4: front view of a door module for a partition according to the invention - Figure 5: top view of a side portion of a Partition according to the invention - Figure 6: rear view of a partition according to the invention showing stabilizer brackets, - Figure 7: Detail view of a holding strut to be arranged between the top of the partition and the ceiling.

A partition (1) according to the invention consists of a set of elements, namely: a set of rectangular panels (2) snap-fit or nestable to each other, a door module (3) snap-in or snap-fit with said panels (2), stabilizing brackets (4) provided on the rear of the partition, - holding struts (5) provided on the top of the partition. In order to better adapt to the dimensions of the room where the partition is to be installed, a set of rectangular panels of height H and width L is proposed, as is, for example, a set of rectangular panels of dimensions H / 2 and L / 2 (Figure 3). As these panels are intended to be used vertically, one designates by height an edge of the panel of dimension H / 2 or H and by width an edge of dimension L or L / 2. All the panels are equipped on their edge with snap-fastening or interlocking fastening means so that each left height (6) of a panel can cooperate with the upper right (7) of the neighboring panel, and that each upper width ( 8) can cooperate with the lower width (9) of the upper panel. For example, a set of panels (L = 120 cm, H = 140 cm) (L = 60 cm, H = 140 cm) (L = 30 cm, H = 140 cm) can be provided. A panel ( 2) is, for example, consists of an aluminum frame covered with an aluminum plate, the profile of the frame making the interlocking and fixing two successive frames. A door module (3) as shown in Figure 3 consists of an open frame at the bottom, with two vertical uprights (12,14) and a horizontal upright (13) surrounding a door with two leaves (10) (11). opening or sliding, the absence of horizontal amount at the bottom makes it possible not to impede the passage of trolley or other means of moving materials. The amounts (12,13,14) are equipped with the same securing means as the panels so as to cooperate with them. Depending on the height to be achieved can be provided to secure a panel such as (2) to the horizontal upright (13) above it.

The door is preferably equipped with handle and lock locks. Once assembled to each other the panels and door module form a partition which is stabilized by a plurality of brackets fixed by a plurality of brackets fixed at the bottom and rear (worksite side) preventing the tilting of said partition to the building site, and counterweight placed on the brackets and preventing the tilting of the partition in the opposite direction. Also provided are panels called returns (16) preferably mounted on hinges at both vertical ends of the partition (1). By pivoting the return (16) around the hinges (17), it is best to adapt the partition to the width of the room. Likewise, each return may be of variable width, for example by means of sliding panels, also for the purpose of adapting width. In addition, the invention comprises struts such as (18) compounds with an adjustable support bar (19) and two supports (20.21) including a low support intended to take a bearing on the upper edge of the partition, and a support top (21) for supporting the ceiling. These props are arranged vertically between the partition and the ceiling. To make a partition of predetermined height, panels of the same width are fitted one above the other so as to form modules which are then fitted laterally to each other so as to produce a rectilinear partition of close length. of the desired length and then, if necessary, complete with a return to one end or to each end, knowing that the return or returns can be arranged obliquely to the plane of the partition (see Figure 5) so as to close exactly any free space that may exist between the end of the partition and the wall of the room. In addition, these returns may be composed of sliding panels to adapt the width and angle of said returns to the constraints of the size of the partition. The advantages of the partition are the following: - no fixation in the floor or in the walls of the gallery is likely to degrade the site, it must be self-supporting, the partition does not harm people, this includes users, the security services and the technicians working on the site, it is stable, resistant to shocks, non-flammable, and non contendant, this partition is smooth outside to be able to serve as advertising medium for adhesive or paper, - this partition is adapted to different sizes of premises, so more or less wide in width, with an access door which is not systematically placed in the center of the partition this partition must wait at least 2.8 meters in height, and may be higher depending on the malls or premises, - this partition is sufficiently resistant to shocks, and stable enough not to tip, this partition is offset from the front of the point t sales of a space ranging from 40 to 80 cm, to allow the movement of people between the wall and the wall, 5 to allow any facade work, - the assembly and disassembly are simple and fast and do not require skilled personnel or special tools, - the elements that make up the partition are easily transportable on pallet or in standard boxes, 10-it meets the safety standards (impact resistance and tilting).
