Abstract
Description
MENUISERIE COMPORTANT UN DORMANT EN MATIERE PLASTIQUE ET UN OUVRANT ENCARPENTRY COMPRISING A DORMANT OF PLASTIC MATERIAL AND AN OPENER
ALLIAGE D'ALUMINIUMALUMINUM ALLOY
The present invention relates to a carpentry comprising a plastic frame and an aluminum alloy sash, and more particularly to a sliding type aluminum alloy sash. A carpentry comprises firstly a frame fixed to a frame, in the form of a frame disposed on the periphery of an opening, and secondly, at least one opening movable relative to the frame that may occupy a first position in which it closes the opening and a second position in which it releases at least in part the opening. Generally, the opening comprises an opening frame disposed on the periphery of a transparent surface. The invention relates more particularly to a sliding type of opening, the joinery comprising at least one frame defining a frame along which can slide at least one opening. Generally, this type of joinery comprises at least two sliding openings. Depending on the types of carpentry, the carpentry may be wood, plastic or aluminum alloy. According to the prior art, the frame and the opening of the same carpentry are made of the same material namely both wood, both plastic or both aluminum alloy. The choice of materials depends in particular on the aesthetics sought, on the mechanical characteristics and on the thermal or sound insulation. Thus, an aluminum alloy carpentry is preferred for large spans, the ties of an aluminum alloy carpentry being more resistant from a mechanical point of view compared to a plastic carpentry section equal. On the contrary, a carpentry plastic is preferred especially when looking to reduce costs or because of its thermal insulation properties superior to those of an aluminum alloy carpentry. According to a widespread embodiment, the windows are generally designed to receive a roller shutter. For this purpose, the amounts of the frame of the frame can include or support slides to guide the lateral edges of the shutter.
According to a widespread laying method, the joinery is affixed against the frame of the wall, the frame surrounding the opening in the wall and the carpentry being arranged in the plane of the insulating elements, the interior surface of the joinery being arranged substantially at the inner surface of the insulation elements. Therefore, a joinery must have a width substantially equivalent to the insulation elements, namely a width of about 100 mm. The present invention aims to provide a carpentry having the advantages of a plastic carpentry and those of an aluminum alloy carpentry, whose thickness is adapted to those of the insulation elements of the wall and likely to withstand guiding rails of a shutter. To this end, the invention ob ob jet joinery reported at an opening in a wall against which are insulated insulation elements, said joinery comprising at least one frame in the form of a frame with two uprights, two sleepers, and at least two sliding openings relative to the frame, said openings comprising sash amounts and sash crosspieces likely to form a frame generally surrounding a transparent surface, said frame comprising at least two guiding elements in the form of a rail along which can slide an opening, characterized in that the frame of the frame is made of plastic, the frame of the opening is made of aluminum alloy, and in that that the guide elements have a spacing between the longitudinal median planes of said reduced guide elements adapted to the section or the thickness of an opening frame in allia age of aluminum. Other features and advantages will become apparent from the following description of the invention, a description given by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an example of a Joinery according to the invention, - Figure 2 is a sectional view illustrating the profile of a frame of the frame according to the invention - Figure 3 is a section along the line III-III of Figure 1 illustrating the profiles of the Frame of the frame and frames of the opening, and - Figure 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of Figure 1 illustrating the profile of the lower rail of a frame of the frame according to the invention. Figures 1, 3 and 4, there is shown in 10 a joinery reported at an opening in a wall 12. The joinery comprises at least one frame 14 and at least one opening 16 movable relative to the frame 14 so as to occupy a first position in which it closes the opening and a second position in which it releases at least in part the opening. In Figure 1, there is shown by way of example a frame 14 supporting two openings 16.
The present application relates more particularly to a carpentry comprising at least one opening capable of sliding relative to the frame. As illustrated in Figure 1, the frame is in the form of a frame comprising two uprights 18, an upper cross member and a lower cross member 22, said frame being disposed at the periphery of the opening in the wall. Each leaf 16 also includes sash jambs 24 and sash beams 26 capable of forming a frame generally surrounding a transparent surface. In order to allow sliding of the openings 16 with respect to the frame 14, the latter comprises, at least at each crossmember 20 or 22, at least two guiding elements 28 each in the form of a rail along which can slide an opening 16. In addition, the cross members of the opening frame have shapes capable of cooperating with the guide elements 28. Advantageously, the uprights and cross members of the frame of the frame are made from extruded profiles having identical sections, which streamlines manufacturing costs by reducing the number of channels required. Generally the amounts of the frame and the amounts of the openings have forms that cooperate to ensure the closing of the doors. According to the variants, the connection between the uprights and the adjacent sleepers is carried out by any appropriate means. According to the invention, the frame of the opening 16 is made of aluminum alloy because of its mechanical characteristics. Thus, it is possible with section or equal thickness to obtain mechanical characteristics superior to those of a plastic frame or with equal mechanical characteristics to opt for smaller sections or thicknesses of profiles compared with a frame made of plastic. plastic material. According to the invention, the frame of the frame 14 is made of plastics material. This solution reduces the cost of the frame and provides a frame frame with insulation characteristics superior to those of an aluminum alloy frame. Moreover, it eliminates thermal bridge phenomena between the outside and the inside of the building. According to a feature of the invention, the frame of the opening 16 is made of aluminum alloy and has the same mechanical characteristics as that of a plastic frame, but with a reduced section or thickness. Thus, it is possible to use an aluminum alloy sash frame with profiles identical to those used for a complete aluminum alloy carpentry, with an aluminum alloy sash and an alloy alloy frame. aluminum. This solution also reduces costs because it is possible to use the profiles of the framework of the opening the existing channels to achieve complete joinery aluminum alloy. According to the invention, it is not necessary to modify the production lines of the openings. According to another advantage of this solution, because the profiles used to make the opening frames have reduced dimensions, the spacing between the guide elements 28 provided at the frame is also reduced adapted to the section or the thickness of an aluminum alloy sash frame. According to a feature of the invention, the frame of the frame has a thickness of about 100 mm corresponding to the insulation elements 30 provided against the inner wall of the wall. Thus, the frame of the frame is pressed against the wall at the periphery of the opening and embedded in the insulating elements 30 which contributes to simplifying the installation and making the assembly aesthetic, the inner face of the frame of the frame substantially at the inner surface of the insulation elements.
The frame of plastic of the frame has two rails whose spacing is of the order of 40 mm. This spacing allows the sliding of the aluminum alloy opening frames while leaving enough room to report at the frame of the frame, including at each level a slide 32 provided for guiding a shutter ( not shown). In Figure 2, there is shown a section of the plastic profile used to make the frame of the frame. Unlike a plastic frame profile capable of supporting a plastic sash with important sections of the prior art, the profile of the invention comprises at least two guiding elements 28 with a spacing between the longitudinal median planes 29 said reduced guide elements, of the order of 40 mm. According to a preferred embodiment, one of the rails 28.1 is disposed at an edge of the profile likely to correspond to the inner surface of the frame of the frame. Thus the portion of the profile that can be oriented outwardly comprises an open surface 34 having no rail for accommodating a slideway 32 attached by any appropriate means to said surface 34.
Thus, unlike the prior art, it is possible to obtain a frame of a thickness substantially equivalent to the insulating elements reported against the wall, of the order of 100 mm, while keeping the possibility of being able to place a slide for guiding a shutter at the surface 34 of the frame of the frame oriented towards the center of the opening.
Even if it is described with two openings, a carpentry according to the invention could comprise more than two openings, the plastic profile used to form the frame of the frame comprising as many guiding elements as sashes, said elements having a reduced spacing corresponding to a spacing of an aluminum alloy frame frame of the prior art.
