Abstract

The device (500) has a manoeuvring element (504) mounted on a ring (503) of a cover (502) which covers a neck (12) of a container. The manoeuvring element has an annular edge (505D) adapted to be engaged between an external skirt of the ring and a lip (503G). The lip forms a locking unit and radially extends towards the central axis (X-503) of the ring, away from the skirt. The ring has an annular part at center of which an opening is defined to access an exposed face (501B) of a plug (501). An independent claim is also included for a method of mounting a plug device.
