La présente invention a pour objet un ensemble de rangement pour siège de véhicule automobile. Plus particulièrement, elle comprend une structure apte à former un coffre de rangement et des moyens d'accrochage temporaire de cet ensemble à au moins une tige de siège de véhicule.
Afin d'augmenter la modularité et la mobilité des rangements dans un véhicule automobile, diverses solutions de tablettes ont été proposées.
Il est connu, selon la publication FR 2 753 940, une mallette renfermant intérieurement des moyens de communication et/ou de traitement d'informations et des moyens d'accrochage temporaire sur le dos du dossier d'un siège de véhicule automobile.
Ce type de mallette présente cependant un inconvénient majeur puisqu'elle ne permet l'accès aux poches de rangement classiquement fixées sur le dos des dossiers de sièges de véhicule.
Afin de proposer une autre tablette amovible, la publication FR 2 656 841 divulgue une structure de plateau fixée sur la ou les tiges supportant l'appui-tête d'un siège et constituée de deux plaques principale et auxiliaire que l'on peut déplier vers le haut, la plaque auxiliaire étant appliquée contre le dos du siège et de l'appui-tête.
Certes, la structure décrite dans ce document peut être amovible sans ôter l'appui-tête, mais elle nécessite des moyens d'accrochage complexes notamment au niveau des tiges de l'appuitête. Par ailleurs, l'utilisation de cette structure n'apparaît pas comme instantanée ; elle nécessite, en particulier, le desserrage de quatre vis avant d'opérer le rabat du plateau. Enfin, cette structure est lourde à cause de son système de fixation et de ces deux plaques.
L'invention vise à pallier ces inconvénients en proposant un ensemble de rangement monté sur la face arrière d'un dossier de siège qui soit léger pour pouvoir être déplacé rapidement et facilement et qui permette, en même temps, l'accès aux poches de rangement classiquement présentes au dos desdits dossiers de sièges de véhicule.
A cet effet, l'objet de l'invention concerne un ensemble de rangement disposé sur la face arrière d'un dossier, composé d'une tablette mobile autour d'un axe transversal entre une position d'utilisation dans laquelle elle se trouve sensiblement orthogonale au plan de la face arrière du dossier du siège et une position escamotée dans laquelle elle est rabattue contre une monture, caractérisé en ce que la monture est un cadre sans fond qui s'étend le long de la face arrière du dossier.
Avantageusement, un moyen de fixation peut permettre de monter l'ensemble sur au moins une tige d'appui-tête.
De préférence, le moyen de fixation peut être une pince élastique ouverte.
Selon un caractéristique de l'invention, la tablette et la monture peuvent posséder des dimensions aptes à constituer un coffre de rangement.
Avantageusement, une poche, apte à maintenir des objets, peut être présente sur la face arrière du dossier à l'intérieur de la monture.
Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, la poche peut se fixer sur les bords latéraux de la monture pour maintenir les objets quand le dossier du siège est en position assise .
Avantageusement, l'axe de pivotement est agencé au voisinage du bord supérieur de la monture.
L'invention est maintenant décrite en référence aux dessins annexés, à titre illustratifs et non limitatifs dans lesquels : - la figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale d'un siège et d'un ensemble de rangement selon l'invention fixé audit siège, la figure 2 est une vue en perspective de l'ensemble de rangement et de son moyen de fixation, la figure 3 est un schéma représentant deux tablettes appartenant à l'ensemble de rangement et obturant le coffre, et la figure 4 est un schéma représentant l'ensemble de rangement en position d'utilisation lorsque l'un des sièges est en position rabattue.
En référence tout d'abord à la figure 3, le siège 16 comporte une assise 32 à l'arrière de laquelle est articulé un dossier 22 rabattable complètement sur l'assise. La face arrière du dossier 22 comporte un ensemble de rangement amovible 10 selon la présente invention fixé sur un appui-tête 20 de siège 16.
Comme illustré sur la figure 1, l'appui-tête 20 comporte des tiges 21 servant classiquement à le supporter sur un dossier. Ces tiges sont engagées de façon coulissante dans des tubes présents dans le dossier 22 du siège, afin de pouvoir régler la hauteur de l'appui-tête.
L'ensemble de rangement 10 est constitué d'une tablette rectangulaire 12 et d'une monture 24 qui forme un cadre. L'ensemble 10 ainsi décrit est donc léger compte tenu de la monture 24. Cette monture possède des bords 30 qui délimitent une zone de réception d'objets 14. La hauteur de ces bords 30 ainsi que ceux de la tablette 12 définissent la profondeur de rangement d'objets. La tablette 12 est montée à articulation sur le bord supérieur de la monture par une charnière 34, elle est ainsi déplaçable par rapport à la monture 24 entre une position d'utilisation dans laquelle elle se trouve sensiblement orthogonale au plan de la face arrière du dossier 22 du siège 16 et une position escamotée dans laquelle elle est rabattue contre une monture 24 et plus précisément contre le cadre 24 pour délimiter un espace clos pour des objets.
Cette monture 24 possède des dimensions sensiblement égales à celles de la tablette 12 pour obturer la zone de rangement 14 dans la position escamotée. On peut aussi prévoir une tablette 12 présentant une forme complémentaire de la monture 24 pour les emboîter ensemble et ainsi réduire l'encombrement en profondeur de l'ensemble de rangement 10.
En référence avec la figure 2, la monture 24 est solidaire d'un moyen de fixation temporaire de l'ensemble de rangement aux tiges 21 d'appui-tête. Dans notre exemple de réalisation, ce moyen est constitué par deux pinces élastiques ouvertes 18. Plus précisément, une pince présente deux demi-coquilles cylindriques 26 espacées d'une distance inférieure au diamètre de la section transversale de la tige 21. Ainsi pour fixer un ensemble de rangement amovible selon l'invention, il suffit d'exercer une entrée en force sur les deux pinces 18 vers le dossier 22, eux-mêmes en vis-à-vis des tiges 21, pour que les demi-coquilles 26 s'écartent et accueillent la tige dans l'encombrement créé entre elles deux.En revanche, pour la retirer, il faudra opérer le mouvement inverse à savoir tirer l'ensemble de rangement 10 perpendiculairement au dossier 22 de manière à écarter à nouveau les demi-coquilles cylindriques 26.
Un tel ensemble amovible 10 peut être utilisé de différentes manières dans un habitacle de véhicule. Comme illustré sur la figure 3, les sièges arrière 16 d'un véhicule à deux rangées de siège sont avancés au maximum et les dossiers 22 se trouvent en position assise , c'est-à-dire que le dossier est sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'assise. Ainsi, les ensembles de rangement 10, une fois clipsés aux appuis-tête 20 et leurs tablettes 12 relevées, peuvent servir à obturer le coffre de manière à cacher de la vue extérieure un plus grand volume de coffre. Ceci peut être appréciable, notamment lors d'un départ en vacances où le véhicule est souvent chargé au maximum.
Par ailleurs, dans l'exemple d'utilisation présenté sur la figure 4, un utilisateur peut rabattre le dossier 16 voisin, muni de l'ensemble de rangement 10, sur l'assise et l'employer comme zone de réception d'objets. Plus précisément, il relève la tablette 12, positionne ses objets à l'intérieur de la monture 24 et rabaisse la tablette 12. Les objets sont ainsi enfermés dans un espace clos qui peut être insonorisé si le dos du dossier 22 est en tissu ou dans un autre matériau non rigide et si l'intérieur de la tablette 12 est tapissée d'un même matériau.
Comme illustré sur la figure 1, à l'intérieur de la monture 24, on peut trouver un moyen de retenue d'objets tel qu'un morceau de tissu ou un filet fixé, par exemple, sur le dossier 22 pour former une poche 28 comportant des moyens de soutien et de rappel déformables élastiquement pour autoriser l'ouverture de la poche et son rappel élastique dans une position de repos prédéterminée. L'ensemble de rangement 10 selon l'invention est donc remarquable par rapport aux tablettes existantes en ce qu'elle n'empêche pas l'utilisation de ces poches 28 classiquement présentes sur la paroi arrière d'un dossier de siège. Un moyen de retenue d'objets peut aussi se fixer entre les deux bords latéraux du cadre 24 pour maintenir, par exemple, de plus gros objets.
En outre, un passager peut accrocher l'ensemble de rangement 10 à l'appui-tête 20 du dossier 22 qui se trouve devant lui en position assise , relever la tablette 12 et l'utiliser pour poser des objets. Il peut, en outre, ranger ces objets dans la poche 28 décrite ci-dessus se trouvant dans la monture 24 et rabattre la tablette 12 pour obturer la poche 28.
Enfin, selon un autre exemple de réalisation de l'invention, une monture supplémentaire (non représentée) peut être superposée sur la monture 24 et monté à articulation autour d'un axe transversal sur le bord inférieur de la monture 24 par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière pour autoriser son ouverture vers l'utilisateur. Des moyens de retenue permettent de maintenir le cadre supplémentaire selon l'angle désiré après son ouverture. Il s'agit par exemple d'un morceau de tissu fixé sur les bords latéraux des deux montures. La tablette 12 est montée à articulation sur cette monture supplémentaire. L'ajout de la monture supplémentaire permet, par exemple, de ranger de longs objets dans la poche 28 sans toutefois ôter l'ensemble de rangement 10, elle permet aussi d'approcher la tablette 12 plus près d'un utilisateur quand celui-ci souhaite écrire, etc.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation ci-dessus décrits et représentés qui n'a été donné qu'à titre d'exemple. C'est ainsi que l'ensemble de rangement 10 pourrait être monté sur un siège autrement que par l'intermédiaire de l'appuitête de ce siège. C'est ainsi encore que l'invention pourrait trouver application ailleurs que dans un véhicule automobile, en particulier dans des véhicules d'autres types, ferroviaires ou aériens par exemple.AUTOMOBILE

To increase the modularity and mobility of storage in a motor vehicle, various solutions of tablets have been proposed.
It is known, according to the publication FR 2 753 940, a case containing internally means of communication and / or information processing and temporary attachment means on the back of the seat back of a motor vehicle.
This type of case, however, has a major disadvantage since it does not allow access to storage pockets conventionally attached to the back of the vehicle seat backs.
In order to propose another removable tablet, the publication FR 2 656 841 discloses a tray structure fixed on the rod or rods supporting the headrest of a seat and consisting of two main and auxiliary plates which can be unfolded towards the top, the auxiliary plate being applied against the back of the seat and the headrest.
Admittedly, the structure described in this document can be removable without removing the headrest, but it requires complex attachment means especially at the rods of the head. Moreover, the use of this structure does not appear as instantaneous; it requires, in particular, the loosening of four screws before operating the tray flap. Finally, this structure is heavy because of its fastening system and these two plates.
The invention aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing a storage assembly mounted on the rear face of a seat backrest which is lightweight to be moved quickly and easily and which allows, at the same time, access to the storage pockets conventionally present on the back of said vehicle seat backs.
For this purpose, the object of the invention relates to a storage assembly disposed on the rear face of a backrest, consisting of a mobile shelf around a transverse axis between a position of use in which it is substantially orthogonal to the plane of the rear face of the seat back and a retracted position in which it is folded against a frame, characterized in that the frame is a bottomless frame which extends along the back of the backrest.
Advantageously, a fixing means can be used to mount the assembly on at least one headrest rod.
Preferably, the fastening means may be an open elastic clip.
According to a feature of the invention, the tablet and the frame may have dimensions capable of constituting a storage box.
Advantageously, a pocket, capable of holding objects, may be present on the rear face of the backrest inside the frame.
According to one characteristic of the invention, the pocket can be fixed on the lateral edges of the frame to hold objects when the seat back is in a sitting position.
Advantageously, the pivot axis is arranged in the vicinity of the upper edge of the frame.

Referring firstly to Figure 3, the seat 16 has a seat 32 at the rear of which is articulated a folder 22 folding completely on the seat. The rear face of the backrest 22 comprises a removable storage unit 10 according to the present invention fixed on a seat headrest 20.
As illustrated in Figure 1, the headrest 20 comprises rods 21 conventionally used to support a folder. These rods are slidably engaged in tubes present in the backrest 22 of the seat, in order to adjust the height of the headrest.
The storage unit 10 consists of a rectangular shelf 12 and a frame 24 which forms a frame. The assembly 10 thus described is light in view of the frame 24. This frame has edges 30 which define an object receiving zone 14. The height of these edges 30 as well as those of the shelf 12 define the depth of storing objects. The tablet 12 is hingedly mounted on the upper edge of the frame by a hinge 34, it is thus movable relative to the frame 24 between a position of use in which it is substantially orthogonal to the plane of the rear face of the backrest 22 of the seat 16 and a retracted position in which it is folded against a mount 24 and more precisely against the frame 24 to define an enclosed space for objects.
This frame 24 has dimensions substantially equal to those of the shelf 12 to close the storage area 14 in the retracted position. It is also possible to provide a shelf 12 having a shape complementary to the frame 24 to fit them together and thus to reduce the overall space requirement of the storage unit 10.
Referring to Figure 2, the frame 24 is integral with a temporary fixing means of the storage unit 21 to the rods headrest. In our embodiment, this means is constituted by two open elastic clamps 18. More specifically, a clamp has two cylindrical half-shells 26 spaced a distance less than the diameter of the cross section of the rod 21. Thus to fix a detachable storage unit according to the invention, it is sufficient to exert an entrance force on the two clamps 18 to the backrest 22, themselves vis-à-vis the rods 21, so that the half-shells 26 s' Spread out and accommodate the rod in the space created between them two. Such a removable assembly 10 can be used in different ways in a vehicle interior. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the rear seats 16 of a vehicle with two rows of seats are advanced to the maximum and the backs 22 are in a seated position, that is to say that the backrest is substantially perpendicular to the seat. seated. Furthermore, in the example of use shown in Figure 4, a user can fold the backrest 16 neighbor, provided with the storage unit 10, on the seat and use it as an object receiving area. More specifically, it raises the shelf 12, positions its objects inside the frame 24 and lowers the shelf 12. Finally, according to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, an additional mount (not shown) may be superimposed on the mount 24 and hinged about a transverse axis on the lower edge of the frame 24 via a hinge to allow its opening to the user. Thus the storage unit 10 could be mounted on a seat other than through the head of this seat.
