Abstract

The present invention relates to a packaging bag comprising complementary closing profiles (20) actuated by a slider (30), characterized in that it comprises a removable means (70) initially limiting the displacement of the slider (30) on a part the length of the closure profiles (20).

Description

The present invention relates to the field of sachets comprising

  complementary closing profiles actuated by slider.

  Many bags of this type have already been proposed.

  The object of the present invention is to propose new means for improving the existing bags.

  This object is achieved in the context of the present invention by means of a bag comprising complementary closing profiles actuated by a slider characterized in that it comprises a removable means initially limiting the movement of the slider.

  According to another advantageous characteristic of the present invention, the bag is compartmentalized transversely to the complementary closure profiles and the removable means initially limits the movement of the cursor to prohibit access to at least one compartment.

  Other features, objects and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the detailed description which follows, and with reference to the accompanying drawings, given by way of non-limiting example and in which - Figure 1 represents a first view in plan of a bag according to the present invention, and - Figure 2 shows a second partial view opposite to that of Figure 1, the same bag.

  The attached figures show a bag 10 having a mouth 12, a bottom 14 generally parallel to the mouth 12 and opposite to it and two lateral edges 16, 18, parallel to each other, generally perpendicular to the mouth 12 and at the bottom 14 and connecting them.

  If necessary, as can be seen from the examination of FIG. 1, the bottom 14 may comprise a bellows 15. Similarly, if appropriate, the lateral edges 16 and 18, see the mouth 12, may be equipped with such a bellows.

  The presence of a bellows makes it possible to give volume to the bag.

  Such a bag may be made according to any technique known to those skilled in the art, for example using a sheet folded on itself and welded or glued at the binding area of the sheet thus folded or using two initially separated sheets connected by any appropriate means such as gluing or welding at their periphery. The sheets used for this purpose can be the subject of numerous variants. It is preferably a thermoplastic material at least partly transparent or translucent, see all composite materials.

  The bag 10 is provided at the mouth 12 with complementary closure profiles 20. These means may be conventional. They can come from material on the sheets composing the bag or reported and fixed on them by any appropriate means, such as gluing or welding.

  The rectilinear closure means disposed at the mouth 12 may comprise, for example, complementary male / female sections respectively integral to each of the two main walls of the bag, or complementary hook means or any equivalent means.

  As indicated previously in the context of the present invention, the closing means 20 are actuated by a slider 30 facilitating the successive openings / closures of the bag 10.

  Again, the cursor 30 may be subject to many embodiments known to those skilled in the art.

  Preferably, the slider 30 comprises a soleplate which carries two lateral flanges and an inner central wall delimiting, with the two flanges, two nonparallel channels between them. The two flanges of the slider are arranged on the outside of the complementary closure profiles, while the central inner wall is disposed at least partially between them. Thus, when the slider 30 is moved in one direction, it tends to separate the complementary closure profiles and therefore to open the bag, while when moved in the opposite direction, it tends to bring the complementary closure profiles closer together and therefore to close the bag.

  As also indicated above, in the context of the present invention, the bag 10 is preferably compartmentalized into two compartments 40, 50. The separation of the bag 10 can be formed by any appropriate means. Preferably, as can be seen in the accompanying figures, the bag 10 is delimited into two compartments 40, 50, thanks to a connection 60 that is rectilinear and perpendicular to the mouth 12 and the bottom 14, formed for example by gluing or welding between the internal surfaces of the two main walls of the sachet 10.

  The accompanying figures show a bag 10 delimited in two compartments 40, 50.

  Of course, if necessary, alternatively, the bag according to the present invention can be divided into a number of compartments greater than two, preferably each of these compartments opening onto the closure means 20.

  Furthermore, in the context of the present invention, there is provided a removable means 70 adapted to initially limit the movement of the slider 30 opposite a single compartment.

  By "removable" is meant in the context of the present invention, that when the user wishes, it can remove the means 70 to then allow a complete stroke of the slider 30 over the entire length of the closure means 20 for completely access the internal volume of the sachet 10.

  The removable means 70 may in itself be the subject of many embodiments. It may be formed by gluing or welding a part of the closure profiles 20 or sails which carry them, on the desired initial end zone for the slider 30.

  According to a preferred embodiment, this removable means 70 is formed of an insert and provisionally fixed on the bag 10. The means 70 may thus be formed of a means of assistance with the holding or manipulation or with the suspension of the sachet 10.

  According to the particular embodiment shown in the accompanying figures, this removable means 70 is in fact formed of a hook 72 integral with a plate 74 which carries a foldable tongue 76. When the plate 74 is disposed on one side of the bag, the tongue 76 is folded on the opposite side, the plate 74 and the tongue 76 and bent U are connected by temporary connecting means formed for example of an orifice 77 on one of the tongue 76 and the plate 74 and a flared finger 75 formed on the other of the plate 74 or the tongue 76. During this operation, the aforementioned finger 75 passes through a portion of the bag 10 at its mouth, on the zone corresponding to the initial desired stroke limit for the cursor 30.

  Note that the means 70 is thus articulated on the bag 10 around the axis of the finger 75 to allow free orientation of the hook 72. Preferably, the hook 70 is positioned substantially mid length of the closing means 20 to meet the balance of the bag in the suspended position. The compartments 40, 50 in turn can be of different width. In this context, the slider 30 may optionally, as shown in Figure 1, come encroach in part on the second compartment 50 whose access must be initially limited. However, since the area of this compartment 50 covered by the slider 60 is limited, access to the contents of this compartment 50 remains impossible.

  According to the particular embodiment given in the appended figures, the compartment 40 whose access is initially authorized by the movement of the slider 30 has a width substantially equal to half of the compartment 50 whose access is initially prohibited by the part 70 which limits the movement of the cursor 30 next to the latter.

  Naturally, the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiment which has just been described but extends to any variant within its spirit.

  Those skilled in the art will understand that the means 70 formed according to the embodiment illustrated in the appended figures of a suspension hook must be fixed on the bag after the development of the latter to limit the stroke of the cursor 30 along the closure 20. This allows partial access to the contents of the compartment 40 of the bag and thus allows to test a sample contained in the compartment 40 without access to the rest of the contents of the bag.

  In a variant, the plate 74 and the tongue 76 provided with complementary clipping means 75, 77 may be formed from two initially separated pieces.

6 claims   Packaging bag comprising complementary closure profiles (20) actuated by a slider (30), characterized in that it comprises a removable means (70) initially limiting the displacement of the slider (30) over part of the length closing profiles (20).   2. Bag according to claim 1, characterized in that the bag is compartmentalized (60) transversely to the complementary closure profiles (20) and that the removable means (70) initially limits the movement of the slider (30) opposite a single compartment (40).   3. Bag according to claim 2, characterized in that the bag (10) is divided into two compartments (40, 50).   4. Bag according to claim 2, characterized in that it is divided into a number of compartments (40, 50) greater than two.   5. Bag according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it is divided into several compartments (40, 50) by a bonding zone or welding (60) transverse to its mouth (12).   6. Bag according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises an insert (70) initially limiting the movement of the slider (30).   7. Bag according to claim 6, characterized in that the piece (70) limiting the initial displacement of the slider (30) carries a hook structure (72).   8. Bag according to one of claims 6 or 7, characterized in that the insert (70) limiting the initial displacement of the slider (30) is immobilized on the bag (10) by clipping.   9. Bag according to one of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the piece (70) reported to initially limit the movement of the slider (30) comprises a plate (74) integral with a foldable tongue (76) provided complementary clipping means (75, 77).
