Abstract

Ce procédé est mis en oeuvre dans une machine de meulage comprenant un support de lentille muni de moyens d'entraînement en rotation de la lentille (15) suivant le premier axe (A-A'), et une meule (51, 53) de rainage ou de contre-biseautage inclinable par rapport au premier axe (A-A'). Le procédé comprend des étapes dans lesquelles on détermine (101) un profil (109) de rainure ou de contre-biseau, on calcule (103) un angle de traitement unique (α0) correspondant audit profil (109), on règle (105) l'angle d'inclinaison de l'axe (C-C') de la meule (51, 53) de rainage ou de contre-biseautage à la valeur de l'angle de traitement unique (α0), et on meule (107) la rainure (131) ou le contre-biseau dans la lentille (15) en maintenant l'angle d'inclinaison (α0) constant.Application au rainage et au contre-biseautage de lentilles présentant une forte courbure.
