Abstract

  The present invention relates to a device for discharging water into a drain line during the accidental leakage of a household appliance.

  The leakage of water from a defective household appliance causes significant and recurring damage in the dwelling places, this device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage.

  This device comprises a collector tray that can fit under the home appliance, provided with a drain connection that can fit on any pipe, this tray will have a dimension adapted to o the device to be equipped, it will be a few inches taller than the base of this unit.

  The circular tray will have a flexible edge making its adjustment easier in tight spaces. The device for the water heaters will comprise two orifices intended for the inlet and outlet passage of the water supplying the apparatus. The device will be equipped with a belt and amounts to hold it in place.

  Floor-mounted bins for washing machines and dishwashers will have an inclined base to allow water to flow by gravity.
