Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a drainage unit for discharging drain water discharged from a drain pipe of a device into a drain pipe through a drain port.
In a bathroom unit where a bathtub drain pipe leading to the drain of the bathtub pan where the bathtub is installed is connected to a drain trap on the washing station side, a large amount of hot water such as drainage from the bathtub is drained from the washing station side. When discharged to the trap, the hot water may overflow from the outlet of the bathtub pan through the bathtub drain pipe, and the bathtub pan may become unclean.
Therefore, as a drainage structure in the bathroom unit for keeping the bathtub pan as dry and clean as possible, a check valve is provided in the drain opening of the bathtub pan and the bathtub drain pipe, and the bathtub is discharged from the drain trap on the washing place side. What was comprised so that the reverse flow of the waste_water | drain to the drain outlet of a bread | pan is known is known (for example, refer patent document 1).
For example, as a device related to a bathroom and requiring drain water to be discharged, the following latent heat recovery type hot water heater (see, for example, Patent Document 2) or mist device (for example, Patent Document) 3 is known).
That is, the latent heat recovery type hot water heater is configured to recover not only the sensible heat of combustion gas but also the condensation latent heat of water vapor in the combustion gas to supply hot water to a bathroom or the like, and the water vapor is condensed. Condensed water generated in this way is discharged as drain water.
On the other hand, the mist device is configured to inject hot water mist from a mist nozzle into a bathroom and use the bathroom as a sauna space, and residual water or the like in a pipe leading to the mist nozzle is discharged as drain water. .
In addition, these latent heat recovery type hot water heaters and mist devices are drained on the side of the tub pan where the bathtub is installed in the bathroom so that the drain pipe for discharging drain water is not visible to the user. It arrange | positions so that an edge part may be located in the mouth vicinity, and it is comprised so that the drain water which flowed out from the said edge part may flow in into a drain outlet after being received by the said bathtub pan, and is discharged | emitted.
In devices such as the latent heat recovery type water heater and mist device as described above, when the end of the drain pipe for discharging drain water is located so as to be located near the drain outlet of the bathroom such as a bathtub pan, Due to the drain water flowing out from the end of the drain pipe, the vicinity of the drainage of the bathtub pan is particularly wet, and it becomes easy to become unclean. Therefore, even if the end is held above the drain by using a holding tool so that the drain water flowing out from the end of the drain pipe is directly dropped into the drain, a part of the drained drain water is used. Will collide with the edge of the drain outlet and the eye plate and splash around.
In particular, when there are a plurality of devices that need to discharge the drain water, it is difficult to properly arrange the end portions of the drain pipes of the plurality of devices so that the vicinity of the drain outlet is not wet as much as possible. In addition, the drain water flowing out from the end portions of the plurality of drain pipes wets the vicinity of the drain port in a wider range, and becomes more filthy.
In order to prevent the drain water flowing out from the end of the drain pipe of the equipment from getting wet near the drain outlet of the bathtub pan or the like, it is conceivable to connect the drain pipe directly to the bathtub drain pipe. However, when the check valve provided in the bathtub pan drain or the bathtub drain pipe for keeping the bathtub pan clean as described above is in the closed state, the drain water discharge from the drain pipe is blocked. It will be stopped, causing problems such as drain water flowing back to the equipment side.
This invention is made | formed in view of said subject, The objective is for discharging | emitting drain water discharged | emitted from an apparatus via a drain pipe in a drain pipe via drain outlets, such as a bathtub pan. In the drainage unit, it is to provide a technique capable of satisfactorily continuing the drain water drainage from the drain pipe of the equipment while keeping the vicinity of the drain outlet as dry and clean as possible.
In order to achieve the above object, a drainage unit according to the present invention is a drainage unit for draining drain water discharged from a drain pipe of equipment into a drain pipe through a drain outlet, and has a first characteristic configuration. Is a cylindrical main body cylinder portion attached to the drain outlet;
A tubular joint for connecting the drain pipe and the main body cylinder part and guiding drain water received from within the drain pipe into the main body cylinder part;
A non-return valve provided on the lower end side of the main body cylinder part, allowing a flow of drainage from the main body cylinder part into the drain pipe, and preventing a reverse flow of drainage from the drain pipe into the main body cylinder part. ,
In the upper end side of the main body cylinder portion, an overflow opening for overflowing drain water in the main body cylinder portion is formed.
According to the first characteristic configuration, the drain water discharged from the device via the drain pipe is inserted into the main body cylinder portion attached to a drain outlet provided in a bathtub pan or the like of the bathroom via the joint portion. Since it can guide appropriately, drain water can be prevented from scattering near the drain, and the vicinity of the drain can be maintained in a clean state.
Then, when the check valve is in an open state to allow the flow of drainage from the main body cylinder portion into the drain pipe, the drain water introduced into the main body cylinder portion is checked in an open state. It can discharge | emit appropriately in the said drain pipe through a valve.
On the other hand, when the check valve is in a closed state to prevent backflow from the drain pipe connected to the drain trap or the like on the washing place side into the main body cylinder, the drain introduced into the main body cylinder Water stays in the main body cylinder and can be discharged into the drain pipe when the check valve is next opened. Furthermore, even when the inside of the main body cylinder is filled with drain water when the check valve is closed, the drain water can be overflowed through the overflow opening, It is possible to continue the drainage of the drain water from the drain pipe without delaying.
According to a second characteristic configuration of the drainage unit according to the present invention, in addition to the first characteristic configuration, the check valve is cantilevered by the support portion fixed to the main body cylinder portion and the support portion. It is in the point comprised by the valve body part which can contact | abut and space apart with respect to the lower end side opening of a main body cylinder part.
According to the second characteristic configuration, a relatively simple and inexpensive configuration constituted by the support portion and the valve body portion can be adopted as the check valve.
That is, when a large amount of hot water, such as drainage in a bathtub, is discharged to the drain trap on the washing station side, if the pressure in the drain pipe rises with respect to the pressure in the main body cylinder, the reverse Since the valve body portion of the stop valve contacts the lower end side opening of the main body cylinder portion and closes the lower end side opening, it is possible to appropriately prevent the backflow of drainage from the drain pipe into the main body cylinder portion.
On the other hand, for example, when drain water stays in the main body cylinder portion and the pressure in the main body cylinder portion rises with respect to the pressure in the drain pipe, the valve body portion of the check valve is Since the lower end side opening is opened away from the lower end side opening of the main body cylinder portion, the drain water introduced into the main body cylinder portion can be appropriately discharged into the drain pipe.
According to a third feature of the drainage unit of the present invention, in addition to any of the first to second features, the opening cross-sectional area in the overflow opening is greater than the flow-path cross-sectional area in the joint. Is also set to be large.
According to the third characteristic configuration, the pressure loss when the drain water overflows through the overflow opening is appropriately reduced with respect to the pressure loss when the joint portion guides the drain water into the main body cylinder portion. can do. Therefore, even when the check valve is closed and the inside of the main body cylinder is full of drain water, the drain water is overflowed well through the overflow opening and connected to the joint. It is possible to improve the drainage of the drain pipe without delaying the drainage.
In addition to any one of the first to third characteristic configurations, the fourth characteristic configuration of the drainage unit according to the present invention is such that the joint portion is the upper end of the main body cylindrical portion. The drain pipe side connection portion is connected to the drain pipe in a horizontal direction so as to be rotatable about a vertical axis.
According to the fourth characteristic configuration, the joint portion is formed in a so-called L-shape that extends upward from the upper end side of the main body cylinder portion and then bends in the horizontal direction, and further, the upper end side of the main body cylinder portion. The connecting portion is configured to be rotatable about a vertical axis. Therefore, the connection part with respect to the said drain pipe can be orient | assigned to the arbitrary directions of a horizontal direction, for example, the handling of the said drain pipe and the connection to the said joint part can be made simple.
The fifth characteristic configuration of the drainage unit according to the present invention is that, in addition to any one of the first to fourth characteristic configurations, the main body cylinder is attached to a drain of a bathtub pan in which a bathtub is installed. It is in.
According to the fifth feature configuration, by attaching the main body cylinder part to the drain of the bathtub pan where the bathtub is installed, as described above, the vicinity of the drain of the bathtub pan is kept as dry as possible to be clean. Further, when the check valve is closed, the inside of the main body cylinder is filled with drain water, and even when the drain water overflows through the overflow opening, The overflow drain water can be received by the bathtub pan and discharged from another drain port, or can be discharged from the drain port provided with the drain unit when the check valve is opened next.
The sixth characteristic configuration of the drainage unit according to the present invention, in addition to any one of the first to fifth characteristic configurations described above, also collects the condensation latent heat of water vapor in the combustion gas to the bathroom as the joint portion. A water heater joint that is connected to the drain pipe of a latent heat recovery type water heater that supplies hot water, and a mist device joint that is connected to the drain pipe of a mist apparatus that injects mist from the mist nozzle into the bathroom. It is in.
According to the sixth characteristic configuration, the joint portion is not limited to one, and a plurality of joint portions can be provided.
Moreover, as the equipment that needs to discharge drain water as equipment related to the bathroom, there are the latent heat recovery type hot water heater and the mist device, so the hot water supply for connecting the drain pipes of these respective equipments. High versatility can be realized by providing the joint part for a device and the joint part for a mist device.
An embodiment of a drainage unit according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, in a
Moreover, the
The
The configuration of the
Further, in the
On the other hand, the
The
That is, the waste water that flows into the
Further, the drain water D discharged through the
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the
Further, in the present embodiment, as the
Since a larger amount of drain water D may be discharged to the
And the
That is, when the
On the other hand, when the
Then, the drain water D staying in the main
Further, the drain water D overflowing into the
Further, referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the
Specifically, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, the pressure in the
In addition, as described above, when the
On the contrary, as shown in FIG. 4A, when the drain water D stays in the main
