Abstract

The machine has a frame (1) lifted by an engine to a desired height and including a fixed cradle (2) that oscillates on a pivot (5) when activated by a hydraulic jack (6). The cradle (2) has a diameter of 1.13 meters for receiving billets of 1 meter length. A removable cradle with 1 meter diameter, receives billets having length of 0.5 meter. The swinging of the cradle (2) causes auto-tightening of ropes.
