Description
L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des éléments deThe invention relates to the technical sector of the elements of
construction pour piscine.construction for swimming pool.
It is known to produce swimming pools by means of independent modular panels and assembled together in different shapes to produce the swimming pool as such. We can cite for example the teaching of patent EP 0382649, of which the applicant of the present also holds. According to the teaching of this patent, each panel, of generally rectangular shape, has a peripheral frame delimiting vertical wings for assembly with the adjacent modular panels. Each panel has a reduced width compared to its height. As an indication, the height of the panels is around 4 times its width. For example, this height is about 1.20 meters, while the width is about 25 centimeters.
More generally, these modular panels are obtained by a conventional plastic injection process. Each panel can be constituted by a prefabricated structure receiving a reinforcing element shaped in section to receive, over its entire height, concrete in communication with a chaining. This technical solution brings many advantages compared to the prior techniques in this field. Furthermore, the fact of making the panels by a process of injecting a plastic material makes it possible to obtain a particularly competitive production cost.
However, the injection process, in principle, limits the dimensional characteristics of the panels while requiring the use of very powerful injection presses.
For these various reasons, it is necessary to limit the width of the panels to obtain an acceptable straightness. Otherwise, the panel will tend to twist. As indicated above, a width of 25 cm is acceptable in the context of an injection process. On the other hand, the fact of using basic modules of 25 cm, requires numerous connections 10 liable to harm the aesthetics, by requiring the provision of a sealed assembly between each module.
It also appears that the conventional injection method limits the thickness of the panels and the height of any stiffening ribs that one of the faces of these panels may have. Thus, the width of the ribs considered at their base, must be equal, at most, substantially to a third of the thickness of the panel, failing to create zones of rotassures.
Reference is made to FIG. 1 which illustrates, in a very diagrammatic manner, the perfectly known principle of the conventional method of injecting plastic, for obtaining panels. Since the joint plane between the punch and the die is arranged in a horizontal plane, the stresses are very great and the thickness difficult to adjust.
From this state of the art, the problem which the invention proposes to solve is to be able to obtain modular panels of much larger dimensions, of the order of 1 meter to 2 meters or more depending on the capacity of the injection machine which makes it possible to reduce the number of connections over the considered length of the swimming pool basin, while having the objective of being able to produce a panel of greater thickness with, consequently, also greater ribs of rigidity .
To solve the problem posed of increasing the dimensions of the modular panel, in particular its width, and its thickness, it is also advisable to solve the problem posed of not deforming its structure, in other words to get rid of the possible problem of kinking.
The problems to be solved thus being posed, a particularly suitable technical solution is found in the use of the compression injection method for the production of panels of a swimming pool basin from a plastic material, in particular recycled.
Given the application of this compression injection method, the principle of which is perfectly known to a person skilled in the art, the panel obtained has a generally quadrangular planar or curved shape perfectly rectilinear according to all of its dimensions, one at least faces of said panel having stiffening ribs.
To solve the problem posed in particular of ensuring the assembly between them of the panels, each of them has, on the side of the ribbed face, a peripheral squared frame, the vertical wings of which have complementary arrangements for coupling with adjacent panels. to realize the closed structure of the basin.
To solve the problem posed of ensuring the vertical position of the panels, the lower horizontal wing has arrangements for the engagement of anchoring members in the ground.
To solve the problem of obtaining sufficient rigidity of the panel structure, avoiding any possible deformation, in particular under the effect of the pressure of the water exerted, the ribs are formed vertically and / or horizontally on the external face. said panel. 10 According to one embodiment, to avoid in particular the use of an upper stiffness iron, the horizontal upper edge of the external face of the panel delimits a strip formed of a plurality of ribs arranged in staggered rows, in particular in the form of a nest. bees. 15 After assembling the different panels together according to the shape of the desired swimming pool, and to solve the problem of being able to equip the interior of the pool with a waterproof canvas known as a liner, the panel has, in its thickness , at the horizontal upper wing 20 of the frame, a profiled groove for engaging and pinching the liner.
To solve the problem posed of being able to adapt the profile of the panel, the latter has, in its thickness, at regular or irregular intervals and in a manner parallel to its vertical edges, thickness reductions capable of acting as a hinge for modify at will the longitudinal profile of said panel.
According to one embodiment and in order to be able to produce after assembly of the panels, an upper chaining, its external face has, at its upper part, hooking and positioning arrangements 5 able to cooperate with complementary arrangements of independent independent elements and modular acting as a chute for pouring a concrete to form said peripheral upper chaining after coupling of the various panels.
According to another embodiment, to solve the problem posed of avoiding any deformation of the panel under the effect of the stresses exerted under the pressure of the water, its external face has, over all or part of its height, attachment and positioning arrangements able to cooperate with complementary arrangements of at least one independent added element acting as a vertical chimney, in communication with the chaining elements, for pouring concrete.
Taking into account the application of the compression injection method, to the production of a panel for a swimming pool, the panel may present, by way of non-limiting indication, a length of between approximately 1000 and 2000 mm and a thickness d about 7 to 8 mm, the ribs having at their base a thickness of about 6 to 7 mm.
As indicated, each modular panel designated as a whole by (1) is obtained, according to a characteristic underlying the invention, by the compression injection process (FIG. 2) from a plastic material, in particular recycled . The application of this process, known as such by a person skilled in the art, makes it possible to obtain a panel having a length (L) of between approximately 1000 and 2000 millimeters, having a generally quadrangular planar or curved shape that is perfectly rectilinear, on all of its dimensions. In other words, despite the importance of the length (L), the structure of the panel obtained, does not tend to twist, both in the vertical plane, than in the horizontal plane.
At least one of the faces of the panel (1), namely the external face, has a plurality of stiffness ribs (la). These ribs (la) are formed vertically and / or horizontally. The panel (1) has, on the side of its ribbed face, a squared assembly and rigidity frame consisting of two vertical wings (lb) and (lc) and two horizontal wings (Id) and (le). As an indication, the thickness (e) of each panel is approximately 7 to 8 mm. It is therefore possible to obtain ribs (la) having a base of approximately 6 to 7 mm.
The vertical wings (lb) and (lc) of each panel have complementary arrangements for coupling with the adjacent panels to produce the closed structure of the basin. For example, these arrangements are capable of ensuring, instantaneously, the juxtaposition of the wings of the modular panels and, simultaneously, the sealing at the level of the resulting assembly. Such arrangements are, for example, of the type described in patent FR 2,765,909 of which the applicant for this is also the holder.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the lower horizontal wing (le) has a greater width than that of the other wings (lb) (lc) and (ld) in order to constitute a support sole. Thus, the wing (the) has any type of arrangement for the engagement of anchoring members in the ground.
In a simplified embodiment, considering the use of the compression injection method making it possible to obtain a panel of relatively large thickness with, consequently, ribs also suitably sized, it is possible not to use d 'chaining and chimney elements for pouring concrete.
Advantageously, the horizontal upper edge of the external face of the panel (1) delimits a strip formed of a plurality of ribs (I f) arranged in staggered rows, in particular in honeycombs (FIG. 4). These provisions notably avoid the use of a profiled iron of rigidity which surrounds the upper part of the panels, when the latter are produced by a simple injection process.
As already indicated, the fact of using the compression injection method makes it possible to significantly increase the thickness of the panel. This is particularly the case at the level of the upper horizontal wing 20 (ld) which can consequently have, in its thickness, a profiled groove (ldl) for engaging and pinching a liner (2). Indeed, in a known manner, the end of the liner (2) has a rod or bead (2a) which can therefore be clipped into the sectional profile of the groove (LD).
Advantageously, these provisions avoid using an attached attachment profile for fixing the liner.
Without departing from the scope of the invention, it is not excluded to combine the panels, after assembly in juxtaposition with an upper chaining and, optionally, with vertical chimneys for the pouring of concrete. According to this embodiment, it is therefore possible to reduce the thickness of the panel.
As shown in FIG. 8, the external face of the panel (1) has, in its upper part, hooking and positioning arrangements (lg) capable of cooperating with complementary arrangements of independent add-on and modular elements (3 ) acting as a chute. These elements (3), forming a chute, have, for example, two squared tabs (3a) cooperating with pins (1 g), in the form, for example, of pressure, formed in overflow from the external face 15 of the panel. After assembly in alignment of the different panels (1) and the different elements (3), a chute is obtained for pouring concrete in order to constitute a peripheral upper chaining. Note that each trunking element (3) can be of reduced dimensions compared to the panels considered. The squared assembly tabs (3) can moreover be offset relative to the length of the element (3) so as to be regularly spaced after assembly in alignment of several elements (3). The elements (3) can cooperate directly or in a reported manner with independent elements (4) acting as a chimney intended to receive concrete. 25 Note that the elements (3) and (4) for pouring the concrete constituting the upper chaining and the vertical chimney, can be executed according to a technical solution identical or equivalent to that described and illustrated in the aforementioned patent FR 2,765,909 .
The advantages clearly emerge from the description, in particular it is emphasized and recalled: - the application of the compression injection process makes it possible to obtain panels of large dimensions, without any deformation; - the modularity of the thickness; the use of an injecting press less powerful than that used in the case of a conventional injection process; - the possibility of using recyclable plastic materials; - the possibility of obtaining sufficiently dimensioned ribs making it possible to eliminate the use of added stiffness elements or, at the very least, to reduce their number; - the attachment profile directly obtained during compression injection for the positioning of the liner; the upper peripheral honeycomb ribbing replaces the iron generally used during the coupling of the panels injected according to the prior art of the technique, and intended to constitute an upper belt.
