Abstract

The flap has a flexible vertical panel (2), and an opening device (5) provided on top of an upper part of the panel. Description

SWING DOOR WITH ASSISTED OPENING
The present invention relates to an opening device for a swing door with one or two flexible or rigid panels making it possible to control and assist, depending on the direction of opening, the pivoting of the panel or panels.
Manual doors with rigid or flexible panels are known on which electric or pneumatic energy opening devices are arranged.
Generally, this type of opening device makes it possible to assist the pivoting of the panel or panels only in one opening direction.
The object of the opening device according to the present invention is to control and assist the panel or panels of the hinged door in an opening direction which is determined relative to the direction of the thrust force applied to the device (s). panels.
The hinged door according to the present invention comprises, in the upper part and above a vertical panel, an opening device which makes it possible to control and assist the opening of the panel in a direction (F, F) which depends on the direction of the thrust force applied to said panel, and a hinge which allows on the one hand that the vertical panel can pivot around its vertical axis xx ', in an opening direction (F, F') and other to return to a closed position.
The hinged door according to the present invention comprises a vertical panel which is guided in rotation in its upper part by means of a hinge loaded by an elastic return spring and in its lower part by a ball bearing support.
The hinged door according to the present invention comprises an opening device which comprises a first support fixed in the upper part of the vertical panel, a second support integral with the hinge and with a double-acting pneumatic cylinder.
The swing door according to the present invention comprises a jack which comprises a jack body which is connected to the first support by a ball joint and a connecting rod whose free end is connected to the second support by another ball joint.
The swing door according to the present invention comprises an opening device which comprises on the cylinder body and below the connecting rod a plate secured to an opening contact element making it possible to actuate the cylinder when a force thrust is applied to the vertical panel.
The swing door according to the present invention comprises an opening device which comprises on the actuator body a stop screw which defines the outlet stroke of the connecting rod and therefore the opening angle of the vertical panel.
The hinged door according to the present invention comprises a vertical panel which has on its periphery sealing flaps.
The hinged door according to the present invention comprises two vertical panels each provided with an opening device making it possible to open the two panels separately in similar or different directions (F, F ') depending on the thrust force applied to each of the panels.
The description which follows with reference to the appended drawings, given by way of nonlimiting examples, will make it possible to better understand the invention, the characteristics which it presents and the advantages which it is capable of providing.
Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a hinged door whose panel is for example arranged in the open position by means of an assisted opening device according to the present invention. Figure 2 is a detail view showing the opening device according to the present invention.
FIG. 1 and 2 show a hinged door 1 comprising a vertical panel 2 guided in rotation in a vertical upright 3 fixed against the wall of a wall 4 delimiting an opening to be blocked.
The hinged door 1 comprises in the upper part and above the vertical panel 2 an opening device 5 which makes it possible to control and assist the opening of the panel 2 in a direction which depends on the direction of the applied thrust force on said panel.
The panel 2 is guided in rotation in its upper part by means of a hinge 6 loaded by an elastic return spring and in its lower part by a ball bearing support 7.
The elastic return hinge 6 and the bearing support 7 are fixed to the vertical upright 3 allowing the panel 2 to pivot about a vertical axis xx '.
The hinge 6 allows on the one hand that the vertical panel can pivot about its vertical axis xx ', either in an opening direction F, (position illustrated in Figure 1), or in an opening direction F' and d 'other hand to return to a closed position lying in the vertical plane passing through the wall of the wall 4.
The opening device 5 comprises a first support 8 fixed in the upper part of the vertical panel 2, a second support 9 secured in the extension of the wall 4 of the hinge 6 and of a double-acting pneumatic cylinder 10.
The jack 10 comprises a jack body 11 which is connected to the first support 8 by a ball joint and a connecting rod 12 whose free end is connected to the second support 9 by another ball joint.
It is noted that the jack 10 is positioned above the vertical panel 2 in order to be able to move above the latter when said panel passes from an open position to a closed position around the vertical axis xx 'and vice versa .
The opening device 5 comprises on the cylinder body 11 and below the connecting rod 12 a plate 13 secured to an opening contact element 14 for actuating the cylinder 10 when a thrust force is applied to the vertical panel 2.
Also, the opening device 5 comprises on the cylinder body 11 a stop screw 15 which defines the outlet stroke of the connecting rod 12 and therefore the opening angle of the vertical panel 2. The stop screw 15 allows to adjust an opening angle determining the rotation F, F 'of the panel 2 around the vertical axis xx' which is between 0 degrees (closed position) and 135 degrees (open position).
In the closed position, the panel 2 of the hinged door 1 is located in the extension of the wall 4, the connecting rod 12 of the jack 10 is completely retracted so that the latter is located above and in the vertical plane of the said panel 2.
The opening of the swing door 1 is triggered by a pushing force applied to the vertical panel 2. This pushing force can be, for example, controlled by the action of an individual who wants to open the door by applying a light pressure on the panel 2.
The pushing force on the panel 2 determines the opening direction F, F 'of the door 1 around the vertical axis xx'. The pushing force is recorded by the contact element 14 which opens a valve allowing compressed air to enter the body of the jack 11 to actuate the outlet of the connecting rod 12. The outlet of the rod link 12 makes it possible to extend the opening direction of the door 1, determined by the thrust force applied to the vertical panel 2.
The door is fully opened when the connecting rod 12 bears against the stop screw 15 determining the opening angle of the panel 2. As soon as the opening of the panel 2 is carried out, the compressed air escapes freely allowing the hinge 6 loaded elastically by a return spring to return the vertical panel 2 to the closed position.
The contact element 14 controls the closing of the valve to allow a new opening cycle of the vertical panel 2.
Note that the opening cycle can be stopped at any time with a return to the closed position of the panel or a reversal of its opening direction according to a request to go in the opposite direction compared to the first choice of opening requested.
We note that the vertical panel has on its periphery sealing flaps 16 which come into contact respectively with the ground, the vertical upright 3, the other panel or the frame of the opening in function if the hinged door has one or two panels.
In the case of a swing door 1 with two panels 2, the latter each comprise an opening device 5 allowing the two panels to be opened separately in similar or different directions as a function of the thrust force applied to each of the panels.
It should moreover be understood that the above description has been given only by way of example and that it in no way limits the field of the invention from which one would not depart by replacing the execution details described by any other equivalent.

Hinged door comprising at least one rigid or flexible vertical panel (2), characterized in that it comprises in the upper part and above the vertical panel (2) an opening device (5) which makes it possible to control and assist the opening of the panel (2) in a direction (F, F ') which depends on the direction of the thrust force applied to said panel, and a hinge (6) which allows on the one hand that the panel vertical (2) can pivot about its vertical axis xx ', in an opening direction (F, F') and on the other hand to return to a closed position.

Claims (5)

  1. 2. Swing door according to claim 1, characterized in that the vertical panel (2) is guided in rotation in its upper part by means of a hinge (6) loaded by an elastic return spring and in its lower part by a ball bearing support (7).
  2. 3. Swing door according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening device (5) comprises a first support (8) fixed in the upper part of the vertical panel (2), a second support (9) integral with the hinge (6) and a double-acting pneumatic cylinder (10).
  3. 4. Swing door according to claim 3, characterized in that the jack (10) comprises a jack body (11) which is connected to the first support (8) by a ball joint and a connecting rod (12) whose end free is connected to the second support (9) by another ball joint.

Swing door according to claim 4, characterized in that the opening device (5) comprises on the cylinder body (11) and below the connecting rod (12) a plate (13) secured to a opening contact element (14) enabling the actuator (10) to be actuated when a thrust force is applied to the vertical panel (2).
  4. 6. Swing door according to claim 4, characterized in that the opening device (5) comprises on the cylinder body (11) a stop screw (15) which delimits the outlet stroke of the connecting rod (12 ) and therefore the opening angle of the vertical panel (2).
  5. 7. Swing door according to claim 1, characterized in that the vertical panel (2) has on its periphery sealing flaps (16).
    8. Swing door according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two vertical panels (2) each provided with an opening device (5) allowing the two panels to be opened separately in directions (F, F ' ) similar or different depending on the thrust force applied to each of the panels.
