Dispositif manuel pour le ramassage des déchets et leur stockage temporaire destiné en particulier aux propriétaires de chiens leur permettant de ramasser aisément les déjections de leur animal caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte 2 parois latérales fixées et articulées sur un élément central qui est un réservoir à sacs lequel réservoir est composé de 2 éléments pour recevoir un rouleau de sacs prédécoupés. Les 2 parois latérales sont conformées de manière à former un conteneur apte à contenir les déchets après leur rapprochement, leur ouverture s'effectue sous la pression des doigts de l'utilisateur en appuyant selon un mouvement de pincement sur la partie supérieure du dispositif. Lors du relâchement de la pression sur les parois, le ressort à torsion fixé sur l'élément central referme les parois.
