  The present invention relates to an interior partition device, in particular of the so-called hollow joint type, that is to say in which the partition comprises a rigid framework which forms a peripheral support frame, generally with rectangular profile, the case if necessary made up of several juxtaposed parts and in which one or more filling panels, plasterboard, wood chipboard, glass or any other suitable material are placed, each panel or panel element being formed of two elements parallel dishes, leaving a play between them inside the frame, hence the

  This other solution which does not avoid the difficulty already mentioned, due to the mounting clearances imposed by the vertical nesting of the panels in their carrying frame, has the further disadvantage that the weight of the elements which constitute the panels is taken up by the covers. joint covers, which can then deform and

  The subject of the present invention is an internal partition device with a hollow joint which avoids these drawbacks by eliminating the mounting clearance with respect to the support frame and by transferring thereon which is rigid and has an acceptable mechanical resistance, the

  In a preferred embodiment, each support piece comprises a seat suitable for being secured to the profiles of the frame and having on the side opposite to these profiles a groove open towards the inside of the frame, the edges of which form notches connecting with the means

  In the same embodiment, each hooking means is preferably constituted by a flexible metal blade shaped to present a flat heel, making it possible to fix this blade on the face of a plate directed towards the hollow space, in the vicinity of the outer edge of this plate, the blade being bent beyond its flat heel and free at its opposite end which has a V-shaped profile, capable of engaging in the manner of a spring clip in the open groove of a support piece

  According to an equally advantageous characteristic, the seat of each support piece has a bearing shoulder on the edges of the frame profile and is secured to the wall forming the central part of the U by means of a self-drilling locking screw, crossing this wall and extending parallel to the plane of the plates of

  Preferably, the flat heel of the flexible metal blade of each attachment means is immobilized by at least one screw which cooperates with a blind hole provided on the

face of the filler plate.

  According to another characteristic of the device under consideration, the profiles of the support frame comprise transverse extensions extending on each side of the partition, these extensions forming spacers for centering the filling panels relative to the frame and being arranged to cooperate with covers joint covers set

  According to the general provisions of the invention, this partition 6 comprises a support frame 7, formed by means of rigid profiles, generally metallic but which can be made with another material, for example in hard plastic material of the PVC type, this frame comprising an upper cross member 8 fixed in the room under the ceiling 4, a lower cross member 9 bearing on the floor 5 and vertical uprights 10 which extend parallel to the wall 2, these uprights being able to be any number as required and distributed in frame 7

  As best seen in the section of Figure 3, these profiles preferably have a U-section with lateral sides 19 and 20, mutually parallel and also parallel to the plane of the plates 12 and 13, the seats 17 of the support pieces 15 bearing by their shoulder 18 on the end of these sides 19 and 20. Advantageously, each seat 17 may have, at the right of its lateral shoulder 18, a recess 21 in which engages a rib 22 of the frame profile, ensuring proper centering of

the room opposite it.

  The seat 17 of each part also comprises a central hole 23, through which a screw 24 can be put in place, the threaded end 25 of which is designed to tap directly at 26 on the bottom or core 27 of the profile, to immobilize and block the workpiece

  corresponding support 15 with respect to the support frame 7.

  The profiles which constitute this frame 7 can thus receive a defined number of support pieces 15, judiciously distributed along the length of these profiles, in order to ensure satisfactory immobilization of the plates.

The seat 17 of each support piece 15 has an open groove 32 whose raised edges at right angles form notches, thus allowing the corresponding free end 31 of a flexible blade 28 of a hooking means 16 to engage in this groove in the manner of a clip, due to its elasticity when the plates 12 and 13 are placed in the frame 7 with a movement of

  approximation of each other on each side of this frame.

  Advantageously, the seats 17 of the support pieces comprise, between their lateral shoulder 18 and their open groove 32 for receiving the free ends 31 of the flexible blades 2 8 of the hooking means 16, an inclined slope 33 facilitating the progressive bending of these ends 31 in V, then their relaxation when they are opposite the corresponding groove 32, in particular when the plate 12 or 13 associated with these

  In this case, these panels, instead of being applied directly against the profiles of the support frame 7, consist of plates, in particular of glass 39, bonded by means of a putty 40 against a bearing surface 41 of an intermediate framing element 42, itself formed of a profile or the like, on which the flexible blades 18 of

  attachment means 16 are fixed by screws 30.

  FIGS. 6 and 7 illustrate, in addition, details usefully implemented on the seats of the support pieces 15, in particular by making them include a positioning lip 43, improving the centering of

  these parts on the frame profile.

  The holes 23 provided for receiving the locking screws 24 are advantageously offset longitudinally, at 23 and 23b for example, in order to prevent the screws which block two support pieces vis-à-vis in the frame 7 from meeting in interfering with the precise positioning of these parts. There is thus produced an internal partition device, of the hollow joint type, of simple design, in which the juxtaposed filling panel or panels are capable of being very easily and very exactly placed in the framework of the supporting frame of this partition, by simple snap-fastening of their attachment means on pieces of

  support previously fixed in this frame.

  The latter can be entirely standard and requires only a simple drilling operation of the profiles which constitute it for fixing the support parts by

  their locking screws, the positioning of these screws can

  be very specific. In addition, the covers forming covers

  joints which obluent the clearances provided between constituent elements of the frame do not support the weight of these panels, which avoids any deformation in operation. Of course, it goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the embodiment more specifically described above with reference to the accompanying drawings; she in
