o presente modelo de utilidade apresenta um sistema para fixação de painéis divisórios com saque frontal. o sistema fixar dois ou mais painéis de divisórias utilizando apenas duas peças – nivelador (1) e grampa-fêmea (2) - e alguns parafusos comuns (5), enquanto um sistema convencional utilizada 3 peças. com menos peças, o sistema é mais simples que o sistema existente o que reduz o custo de fabricação e de mão-de-obra, mantendo as mesmas características de fixação do sistema convencional.This utility model features a system for securing front-panel dividing panels. DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM SISTEMA DE FIXAÇÃO DE PAINÉIS DIVISÓRIOSPROVISION INTRODUCED IN DIVISION PANEL FIXING SYSTEM
CAMPO DE APLICAÇÃO (01) . O presente modelo de utilidade é utilizado no campo de painéis divisórios, particularmente, no sistema de fixação de painéis divisórios com saque frontal.FIELD OF APPLICATION (01). FUNDAMENTO DA INVENÇÃO (02) . O ramo da construção civil demanda ambiente com maior flexibilidade e menor custo. Com isso, foram desenvolvidos painéis divisórios com sistema de fixação e saque de placas que permitem alterar ambientes rapidamente com custos inferiores aos empregados no mercado e praticados nas obras de maneira geral. (03) . Os painéis divisórios, também denominados "Divisórias Piso Teto", são montados a partir de painéis compostos de madeira ou vidro, com sistema de fixação a uma estrutura metálica, preferencialmente em alumínio. Os painéis são placas feitas de material, que permita a divisão física de ambientes, adequado às necessidades de cada cliente. O sistema de fixação faz o encaixe entres os diferentes painéis nas estruturas metálicas, sendo assim o sistema de fixação envolve uma série de peças diferentes.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION. Atualmente, existem diversos sistemas de fixação que são empregados para efetuar o saque frontal, existem os que somente fazem a fixação sem nenhum tipo de nivelamento das placas compostas por duas peças, uma em aço (grapa-macho) e aço mola (grapa-fêmea), além dos que utilizam 3 peças compostas em nylon denominadas grampa-macho, grampa-fêmea e nivelador, tudo separadamente, exigindo gabaritos de fixação de todas elas para a fixação de painéis. Com esse sistema que está sendo apresentado, é possível efetuar a fixação e o nivelamento das placas uma em relação à outra utilizando apenas duas peças desenvolvidas em polipropileno (PP) de alta resistência, dispensando.STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE (04). O presente modelo de utilidade utiliza o conceito já existente e o melhora na medida em que proporciona um sistema de fixação com apenas duas peças: uma grapa fêmea com nivelador (1) e uma grampa macho (2). (06) . A Figura 1 mostra o nivelador - grapa fêmea (1) e a grampa-macho (2) usados no presente modelo de utilidade. Essa duas peças são encaixadas entre si quando fixadas. (07) . A Figura 2 mostra a grampa-macho (4) no trilho (3) . (08) . A Figura 3 mostra o nivelador - grapa Fêmea (1) em corte (foi aberta) para visualização da peça internamente, posicionado em um trilho (3) onde será fixada e posteriormente receberá a grampa macho (2) para fixar os painéis divisórios. (09) . A Figura 4 mostra a grampa macho (2) fixada no nivelador - grapa fêmea (1) que está encaixado no trilho (3) , fazendo com que o outro painel (6) fique fixado ao trilho (3) por meio de parafusos (5). (010) . Assim, o presente modelo de utilidade permite fixar painéis de divisórias utilizando apenas duas peças e parafusos comuns, enquanto um sistema convencional com nivelamento utiliza 3 peças para obter o mesmo resultado. Logo, o custo de fabricação do produto é menor, e o ganho de eficiência da montagem é significativo, tendo em vista que são necessários apenas dois moldes de fabricação, ao invés dos usuais três. (011) . Por fim, o novo sistema, com apenas duas peça, ao utilizar apenas duas peças, o instalador consegue realizar o trabalho com menor tempo, o que acarreta em menores custos de mão-de-obra. (012) . Portanto, o novo sistema objeto do presente modelo de utilidade tem menor custo de fabricação, requer menos mão de-obra para sua instalação e mantém as mesmas características de fixação dos sistemas convencionais.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (05). Finally, the new two-piece system, using only two pieces, allows the installer to get the job done in a shorter time, resulting in lower labor costs. (012). Therefore, the new system object of the present utility model has lower manufacturing cost, requires less labor to install and maintains the same fastening characteristics of conventional systems.
