Abstract

The corn oven comprises a hearth constituted from two complementary elements. The first element consists of a steel combustion chamber and the second element consists of a stainless steel crucible for the combustion of the corn. The crucible comprises two casings whose internal one is drilled with small holes allowing the circulation of fresh air. The arrival of the corn is regulated by a diamond shaped device (11).
