Abstract

The invention relates to a refrigerated display case, for the presentation of pastry, butcher, or catering articles, of the type comprising at least one loading plate covering the opening of a refrigeration tank and pivotally mounted on said tank so as to be able to be raised for the cleaning of the tank, itself comprising blowing means making it possible to create a limited cold zone above the products presented on the loading platform, characterized in that said display case comprises a front-lifting glass capable of pivoting about a horizontal axis top (10) of an upper cross member (11) and in that the loading platform is able to pivot about a pivot axis (6) provided on the tank, opposite to the front glass (10) so as to be able to be lifted, like the front mirror, from the "presentation" side of the display case.

Description

The present invention relates to an improvement for a display case

  refrigerated. This is for example a refrigerated display case of the type described in patent FR 2 774 575 of the applicant in which a loading plate, covering the opening of a cooling tank, is pivotally mounted on the storage tank. so as to be able to be raised for cleaning the tank, the tank comprising blowing means making it possible to create a limited zone of cold extending slightly above the products presented on the

loading platform.

  Said showcase also includes a folding front window for the presentation of products to customers pivotally mounted by a horizontal axis

integral with the tank.

  For cleaning operations, the operator must therefore place themselves successively, on the "presentation" side of the display case, to clean the front glass, then on the opposite side to clean the tank by lifting the loading platform since the pivot axis of the plate

is located "presentation side".

  This improvement aims to meet the demand of window display users to have a lifting front window while

  benefiting from the advantages of a swiveling loading platform.

  It also aims to simplify cleaning operations and to reduce operator movements during these operations and to maintain a

  homogeneous distribution of the cold on the loading platform.

  These aims are achieved by means of a refrigerated display case, for the presentation of items in pastry, butchery, or caterer, of the type comprising at least one loading tray covering the opening of a refrigeration tank and pivotally mounted on said tank. so as to be able to be raised for cleaning the tank, itself comprising blowing means making it possible to create a limited zone of cold above the products presented on the loading tray, characterized in that said display case has a lifting front glass able to pivot around a horizontal top axis of an upper cross member and in that the loading platform is able to pivot around a pivot axis provided on the tank, opposite the front glass so as to be able to be lifted, like the front window, from the

  "presentation" side of the window.

  A refrigerated display case is also provided according to claim 1, characterized in that a cooling means (14) in the form of a plate is provided inside the presentation tray (4 ′).

  The invention will be better understood using the following description of

  two nonlimiting embodiments, made with reference to the following two appended figures: * Figure 1: vertical cross section of a display case according to the invention, more particularly intended for the presentation of

pastry and caterer.

  In FIG. 1, the display case 1 comprises a refrigerating tank (3) carried by a base (2) and closed on the top by at least one loading tray

pivoting (4).

  In accordance with the specifications, it comprises - a domed front glass (5) that is liftable, therefore capable of pivoting around a high horizontal axis (10) of an upper crosspiece (11) supported by two or more vertical posts (12) depending on the length of the showcase, the plate (4) being able to be in several parts if the showcase has intermediate posts between two end posts, - a double cold ventilation system, creating a slow speed flow sweeping substantially horizontally the above the presentation board according to the arrows F1, and a second fast speed stream

  passing over the flow at slow speed, according to arrows F2.

  According to the invention, the loading platform (s) are able to pivot around a pivot axis (6) provided on the tank, opposite the front glass, so that it can be lifted, as indicated by arrow F3, from the side of the window called "presentation side", after having noted the

front window (5).

  To perform this function, the position of the lifting cylinder (7) had to be changed. In FIG. 1, said cylinder is mounted inclined as in the figures between a first fixed support (8) provided at the bottom of the tank on the side opposite to the "presentation side", and a second fixed support (9) provided under the tray.

  In FIG. 2, representing a refrigerated showcase (1 ′) of butchery department, a raised domed front window (5 ′) is able to pivot around a horizontal axis (10 ′) of an upper crosspiece (11 ′) supported by amounts

  inclined (13) carried by the base (2 ') at the rear of the display case.

  The lifting cylinder (7 ') is, as in FIG. 1, mounted inclined between a fixed support (8') provided at the bottom of the tank opposite the "presentation side" and a

  fixed support (9 ') provided under the presentation tray (4').

  As in Figure 1, the display case has a double cold ventilation system creating a first slow flow according to the arrows F1 'and a second flow

  fast according to the arrows F2 'passing above the first flow.

  Butcher shop windows requiring greater humidity with a more homogeneous distribution of cold over the entire loading surface,

  provision is also made to produce a presentation tray (4 ′) for cooling.

  To fulfill this function in accordance with the invention, provision is made for

  inside the plate (4 ') a plate-shaped cooling means (14).

  Such a means is, for example, known under the name of "RELEBON system" (registered trademark) formed of a sheet in which a cooling fluid circulates. As an example of an embodiment, the plate (4 ′) of FIG. 2 comprises, seen in section, a cooling plate (14) included between a lower plate (15), for example made of synthetic resin and an upper plate ( 16) for example

granite.

  The fact of having a monobloc plate facilitates the integration of the plate

  cooling at the front and / or rear of the cooling tank.

  The display cases according to the invention also include other conventional means such as: - a set of refrigerating cells (17) placed as a function of the space or the volume available under the tank, possibly one or more sets of pivoting strips (18) to direct the cooling flow (s) to the front and / or rear of

the cooling tank.

Refrigerated display case, for the presentation of items in pastry, butchery, or caterer, of the type comprising at least one loading tray covering the opening of a refrigeration tank and pivotally mounted on said tank so as to be able to be raised for cleaning the tank, itself comprising blowing means making it possible to create a limited zone of cold above the products on display on the loading tray, characterized in that said display case includes a lifting front window suitable for pivot around a high horizontal axis (10, 10 ') of an upper cross member (11, 11') and in that the loading platform is able to pivot around a pivot axis (6, 6 ') provided on the tank, opposite the front glass (10, 10 ') so that it can be lifted, like the front glass, from the "presentation" side of showcase.   2.
