Abstract

The device comprises a plug (2) which is screwed into a retractable neck (5). The neck has an internal thread for receiving the plug and an external thread for displacement in the device fixed part (6) which once thread rotation is reversed from left to right transforms the can into a cup.

 The present invention consists in the application of a system allowing any individual to transform a can-type metal box into a glass, thus the consumption of the drink is carried out with maximum hygiene and ease.

 The opening of these cans is traditionally done by tearing off a metal tab located on the upper part of them but does not provide hygiene because the mouth remains in permanent contact with the upper edge and the metal.

 The systems with retractable tube used on various cans are not with permanent locks, are not made of rigid plastic, are not equipped with double reversed screws and above all have never been used in food, today on cans.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. It consists of two half-rings used to unscrew in two quarter turns a stopper which releases a neck of about 3 cm thus transforming the can into a glass. A fixed part which is crimped in the upper part is equipped with ten small cells which thus allow the liquid to reach the end of the upper part once the latter is inclined when it is in operation. A notched collar fixed to the lower ends of the fixed part and of the retractable neck allows a definitive blocking of the neck once unlocked by the two unscrews.

 The thread of the two devices can be a quarter turn or several turns at the convenience of the user of the invention. The two half-rings are initially fixed by two plastic tabs which prove the inviolability of the can.

 The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows in section the invention adapted on the bobbin in the open position.

 With reference to these drawings, the device consists of at least a half-ring (1) which, once released by violating the plastic tabs (7) located on the top of the stopper, allow better grip on the stopper (2) and unscrew it anticlockwise and take out a retractable neck (5) which comes out about 3 cm in order to drink without being in contact with the metal box.

 These small rings once released immediately show if the cap has already been opened.

Once the neck is out, screw it clockwise to release the cap (2).

 The threads can be of several possibilities at the convenience and ease of the user.

 Minimum 1/4 turn on the left and% turn on the right for the total opening of the system.

 The user of this device can also do so that the plug does not close by condemning the closure by making an internal conical neck and a plug of the same type which fits into one another and crimped with protective tabs which, once torn off, would separate the cap from the neck.

 The fixed part (6) is crimped on the box. It is equipped as well as the element (5) with a collar (4) which, when the latter equipped with at least a small male lug in the fixed or mobile part, as the user wishes, to penetrate into a notch, thus allowing a total and final blocking of the neck after unscrewing.

 For my example I fitted it with four lugs for better locking.

 Small cells (3) are visible on the fixed part and the mobile part above said flange between the threads of these two parts in order to allow with the crimping in the form of a funnel (6) to the liquid of until the end of the absorption of the content.

 The accompanying drawings show the closing and opening device of this metal box.

With this invention the user has:
1-the possibility of closing the can to be drunk later before the drink is stale.

 3-in no case change of packaging.

 4-no change in the sale in vending machines and in the arrangements of can holders inside vehicles.

 5-more risk for children to get dirty by drinking.

 6-more risk of broken tongue.

Claims (6)

CLAIMS 1) Device for opening and pouring liquid adaptable to all types of metal cans, characterized in that it consists of a plug (2) inserting by screwing into a retractable neck (5), said neck retractable has a double thread, internal to receive the plug (2) and external for a displacement in the fixed part (6) which, once the rotation of pitch reversed left right, allows this neck (5), to transform the can in a goblet. 2) Opening device according to claim 1 characterized in that the internal and external threads of the retractable neck (5) are not reversed. 3) Opening device according to claim 1 characterized in that the height of the external thread of the retractable neck (5) is at least equal to twice the height of the thread of the fixed part (6). 4) Opening device according to claim 1 characterized in that the plug (2) has on its upper part at least a half-ring held by a plastic tongue (7). 5) Opening device according to claim 1 characterized in that the cells (3) which are distributed between the threads of the fixed part and the movable part come once the device open allow the liquid to flow through it , thus avoiding places where the drink could stagnate when the can is tilted. 6) Opening device according to claim 1 characterized in that the collar of the fixed part and the collar of the movable part come, with the action of unscrewing, to engage one in the other thanks to the male pins coming in the notches to allow them to permanently block the neck in the open position, therefore of the cup.
