Abstract

The protective lining (1) for footwear has a layer of self adhesive plastics covering the interior of the footwear article. The lining insulates the interior of the upper and sole from contact with the foot, to prevent degradation of the material. The lining can be provided with a tab (2) to allow detachment from the footwear interior.
