DESCRIPTION

  The present invention relates to a surf boot with an upper part provided with an opening for introducing a foot and

  with a sole connected to the upper part.

  Such shoes must above all be waterproof, guarantee good support for the surfer's foot and also be able to be

economically produced.

  For surf shoes it is known to manufacture these

  ci made of synthetic elastomer (for example: Neoprene: registered trademark) with a molded sole. During this manufacturing technique, a mass of plastic material is injected into an aluminum mold by an extrusion process, and connected directly to the upper part of synthetic elastomer in an irremovable manner. It is possible to integrate a rear buttress into the mold by injection. The advantage of this process lies in the reduction of costs. In addition, we largely avoid

  part the formation of a pressure mark in the part of the heel.

  The disadvantage is that the flexible plastics used for surfing do not guarantee sufficient stability of the rear buttress and that

  the foot is thus not held optimally in the shoe.

  Also known are shoes used for surfing made of synthetic elastomer with a vulcanized sole. In this manufacturing technique, a cut rubber plate is placed in a mold and heated. This process makes it possible to form the rubber plate and also connect it to the upper part. With this process, it is also possible to place a rear buttress of the same rubber material in the mold. This also has the advantage of having lower manufacturing costs and a simple production process. The lower stability of the rear buttress is also advanced

as a disadvantage.

  Starting from the known state of the art, the object of the present invention, and of the technical problem, is therefore to indicate a surf shoe which guarantees great stability of the heel, which largely prevents the formation of a mark of pressure, and which ensures very good support of the foot in the part of the heel. The shoe according to the invention is therefore characterized in that, on the upper part, in the part surrounding the heel of the introduced foot, there is the following layered structure going from the inside to the outside: - an inner buttress elastic, in particular in synthetic elastomer, - a preformed rear buttress, in particular in thermoplastic rubber, - an elastic external buttress, in particular in synthetic elastomer. An embodiment which guarantees particularly high stability is characterized in that one side, in particular the outer side, of the outer buttress is formed in a non-elastic laminate. An optimal seat for the heel which can be maintained durably and reliably during the use of the shoe is characterized in that there is a band to hold the instep, in particular a hook-and-loop closure, fixed preferably in the heel area

  front side, in the front part of the layered structure.

  An advantageous embodiment taking into account the tensions appearing in practice is characterized in that the thickness of the internal buttress and of the external buttress made of synthetic elastomer

  The shoe according to the invention with its layered structure in the heel part guarantees high heel stability, without the risk of formation of imprint marks. In addition a durable and reliable function of housing the heel is made possible. The invention as well as advantageous embodiments and improvements thereof are explained and described more in

  The characteristics deriving from the description and the drawing may be

  used in accordance with the invention individually for themselves or several of them can be combined as desired.   A surf shoe 10 has an upper part 12 made of synthetic elastomer in the form of a boot. This upper part 12 has on the top an opening 14 for introducing a foot. According to Figure 3 a sole 16 of synthetic elastomer is vulcanized under the

upper part 12.

  The shoe 10 has a reinforced part of the heel 18.

  All around the part of the heel 18 there is a following layered structure going from the inside to the outside. First of all there is an elastic interior buttress 20 made of synthetic elastomer (see FIG. 1)

  connected to the upper part 12 by means of a seam 30 (FIG. 2).

  The interior buttress 20 has a thickness of approximately 2 mm.

  On the interior buttress 20 is placed a rear buttress 22 preformed in thermoplastic rubber. On the preformed rear buttress 22 is again fixed an elastic external buttress 24 made of synthetic elastomer which has on the outside side a non-elastic laminate. The thickness of the buttress

  elastic exterior 24 is about 2 mm.

  In the front and side part of the heel 18 is fixed

  two sides a instep band 26 formed as a self-adhesive band

Claims (6)

  1. Surf boot (10) with an upper part (12) provided with an opening (14) for a foot and with a sole (16) connected to the upper part (12), characterized in that in the upper part , in the part (18) surrounding the heel of the introduced foot, there is the following layered structure going from the inside to the outside: - an elastic interior buttress (20), in particular made of synthetic elastomer, - a preformed rear buttress (22), in particular in thermoplastic rubber, - an external buttress (24), in particular in synthetic elastomer. 2. Shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that one side, in particular the outer side of the outer buttress (24) is formed from non-elastic laminate.   3. Shoe according to claim 1 and / or 2, characterized in that there is a support strap for the instep (26), formed   especially as a Velcro strip.   4. Shoe according to one or more of the claims   above, characterized in that the thickness of the internal buttress (20) and the elastic external buttress (24) is approximately 2 mm (millimeters).   5. Device according to one or more of the claims   previous, characterized in that the elastic inner buttress (20)   is connected to the upper part (12) by means of a seam (30).   6. Shoe according to claim 3, characterized in that the instep support band (26) is fixed in the part   front (18) of the layered structure.
