Abstract

CLAIMS 1 .- Manual device for folding standard size paper sheets (A4) for to correspondence using standard size envelopes corresponding to (110 x 220 mm) characterized by: : consisting of a folding pocket (1) formed of two rectangular flaps (2,3) secured by, at least partially, two of their side forming two adjacent edges (24,25 and 23), said first and second of the pouch, and having on said first edge (24,25), at least one gripping member (16,17,19) of the pouch, between which flaps can slide one or more sheets of paper, these flaps having two lines or zones pre-folded (32,33) parallel to each other and perpendicular to said first side, said lines or zones forming articulations and allowing the Z-fold alternating fold-over pocket, hollowed out tabs (5,6,7,8,9,10,18) of the pocket, formed on the edges of the flaps opposite said first edge, revealing the edge of the sheet; 2.-Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the pouch has on its flap (2,3) a recess in the form of a tab (4,27, 29) adjacent said first edge, the said obviously allowing the verification of the position and 1 (adjustment of the paper or sheets of paper. . 3.-Device according to claim 2 characterized in that the flaps (2) and (3) constitute the folding pocket (1), two pre-folded zones forming the articulation (1 2 ) and (1 4) of the flap (2) and the (13) and (15) of the flap (3) ) of the folding pouch (1). 4.-Device according to claim 1 or claim 3, characterized in that the recessed (4) and (27) tabs form in the manufacture of the folding pocket (1) only one hollowed-out tab (29) ) allowing verification and adjustment of the positioning of the sheet (s) of paper (30) after insertion between the flaps (2) and (3) of the folding pouch (1). 5.-Device according to any of the claims 1, 2, or 3, : characterized in that flaps (20) (21) and (22) serve to secure the flaps (2) and B> (3) of the folding pocket (1) and also allow to the sheet (s) of paper to position itself in abutment on the zones of fold (23) (24) (25) the flaps (2) and (3) of the folding pocket (1) are assembled by non-limiting fixing means. 6 .- Device according to the preceding claims characterized in that the recessed tabs (5) (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) after the Z-folding by the user of the folding pouch (1) form at this stage of the manipulation only one hollow tab (18) allowing the removal of the sheet paper (30) of the folding bag (1). 7, - Device according to any preceding claim characterized in that a hollow tab (1 I) arranged on one of the flaps and on a side opposite to said second edge (23) allows the opening of the folding pocket (1) facilitating the insertion of the sheet (30) between its shutters (2) and (3). 8 .- Device according to the any one of the preceding claims characterized by: : in that the grippers (16) and (17) of the flaps (2) and (3) of the folding pouch (1) are assembled by means of fixatio n non-limiting and form at this stage of manufacture a single gripping member (19). 9. - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized : in that the gripping members (16) and (17) flaps (2) and (3) of the folding pocket (1) are not assembled one 10 .- Device according to any one of claims 8 and 9, characterized : in that the pre-folded areas forming the joints (26) and (28) on the flaps (2) and (3) of the folding pouch (1) form in the manufacture of only one joint (31) for the gripper (19) of the folding pouch (1). and that the pre-folded areas (1 2) and (13) flaps (2) and (3) forming the joints of the folding pouch (1), form only one joint (32), and the pre-folded (1 4) and (15) areas of the shutters (2) and (3) forming the joints of the folding pouch (1) form only one joint (33). B> 1, "Commercial" format envelope intended to be used with a folding device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by >: in that the opening side (35), or introduction of the folded sheet, is arranged on one of the small sides of the envelope, a rectangular address window (36) being cut with its large side perpendicular to said small side (35) of the envelope.
