  The adhesive sheet shown in FIG. 1 constitutes, first of all, a document of conventional format on which can be written, for example on the label 21 and / or on the coupons 24, 25, information and / or handwritten instructions or printed by any conventional printing means. This document is, moreover, adapted to form a hermetic pouch i0 which can contain a product for the shipment of the latter, this pouch can, moreover, be hermetically closed after opening, for example for reshipment of the product. Note that any opening of the cover is visible and therefore detectable, because it causes a

  partial destruction of the cover.

  The use of such an adhesive board is

  particularly simple, and explained below with reference to Figures 3 to 10.

  The first step consists in removing the U-shaped peripheral strip from the silicone sheet 3 so as to reveal the portion of

  corresponding adhesive surface of the support sheet 1 (FIG. 3).

  The cover flap 4 is then folded over the central flap 5 by pivoting relative to the fold line 7 (Figure 4) so as to form a pocket 27 open on one side corresponding to the longitudinal edges 4a, 5a of the cover flaps 4 and central 5, inside which

can be introduced an object.

  Once the object has been introduced, the rectilinear strip 13 of the sheet

  silicone 3 is removed so as to close the pouch hermetically (Figure 5).

  The portion of silicone sheet 3 forming the flap 8 is also removed, and the latter is folded over the pocket 27 (FIG. 6). A document shown in FIG. 7 is thus obtained comprising a hermetically closed pocket 27 accompanied by instructions and / or information, which can be sent in complete safety.

  The opening of the pocket 27 then simply requires removing the strip 19 from the backing paper 1 which can be torn thanks to the

  presence of the pre-cutting line 17, and carries with it the flap 8 (Figure 8).

  The object can then be removed through the opening thus provided.

  With a view to re-dispatching this object and once it has been reinserted in the pocket 27, the rectilinear strip 16 of the silicone sheet 3 is removed, its gripping being facilitated by the presence of the tab 28 formed by the notches 14, 18 (Figure 9). The pocket 27 can thus be closed so

  airtight (Figure 10) and the item shipped safely.

  It should be noted that although the coupons 24, 25 are shown in Figures 3 to 10, the latter or one or the other of these are intended to be removed either before shipment or before re-shipment. Likewise,

  the label 21 can also be removed at any time.

  For example, such a document can be used by jewelers for the shipment of items to repairers. In this case, for example, a coupon 22 can serve as a receipt for the customer, and the second heel coupon for the jeweler before shipment.
