La solidarisation de la hampe du régime de bananes au chariot support est obtenue par pincement en tenaille de ladite hampe sur une longueur suffisante pour donner à l'assemblage la rigidité nécessaire au maintien du régime de bananes en position verticale, pour des sollicitations pendulaires normales. L'écartement des mors de la pince est contrôlé par une vis à double filetage, de pas opposé, solidaire d'une manivelle de manoeuvre, et de deux noix filetées, fixées, chacune, à l'un des mors de la pince.
