Abstract

The invention concerns a winder comprising a housing (1) open at the top (107) and at the base (106), with a retractable front flap (5), an upper transverse winding spindle (8) provided with a handle for imparting rotation, guiding crosspieces (17, 18), and brushes (19-22). 3 - Reel according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the guide means comprise at least one upper crosspiece (17) between the side faces (102, 103) in the vicinity of the upper face (107) of the frame support (1), and at least one lower crosspiece (18) between the lateral faces (102, 103) in the vicinity of the lower face (106) of the support frame (1).

4 - Reel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the brush means (19-22) comprise at least one front brush (19) retractable, and at least one rear brush (21) fixed on the support frame (1).

5 - Reel according to claim 4, characterized in that there are two front brushes (19, 20) retractable, vertically offset from one another, and two rear brushes (21, 22) fixed vertically offset one the other.

6 - A reel according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the transverse winding shaft (8) is arranged in the upper region of the support frame (1).

7 - Reel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the support frame (1) is a housing comprising two opposite side walls (2, 3) carrying the bearings (9, 10), a rear wall ( 4) secured to the side walls (2, 3), a lower opening (6) along the lower face (106), and a retractable front flap (5) movable between a closed position in which it is retained by retaining means according the front face (105) of the housing (1) and a retracted position in which it frees access to the interior space of the housing (1) from the front, the front flap (5) carrying front brushes (19, 20) retractable, the rear wall (4) carrying the rear brushes (21, 22) fixed.

8 - Reel according to claim 7, characterized in that the front flap (5) is pivotally mounted about a lower articulation axis (23).

9 - Reel according to claim 8, characterized in that a lower crosspiece (24) connects the side walls (2, 3) in the anterior zone, to keep constant the spacing of the side walls (2, 3) and to form a stop limiting pivoting at the opening of the front flap (5).

10 - Reel according to any one of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that it comprises means for fixing (25, 26, 27) of its rear wall (4) to a vertical support such as a barrier or a Wall.
