Abstract

The jig has two identical sections, one of which is fixed and the other movable. Each section has an interchangeable slide (1) with a spool or roller having a return spring (2) supporting a fixing guide (3). The jig can have a locking wheel (4) to stabilise it. The cord (5) is rolled around the bobbin (2) and held by the locking wing nut (6) on the fixed section. The jig can be made of composite material, aluminium or steel. It can be forty five centimetres long and fourteen centimetres high.

Description

 The present invention relates to a device, with coil or reel with spring return, for alignment and horizontality guide of a building to be created after simple fixing of the devices.

 Traditionally, the building line is maintained using objects located near the site (stones, wooden battens, etc.), which lacks precision (atmospheric variations favor the fall of objects ), ease and promotes loss of time.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these major drawbacks.

 It indeed has two identical elements (a fixed and a mobile).

 With reference to this drawing, the two identical elements (a fixed and a mobile) consist of an interchangeable slide I with coil 2 (or reel with spring return) supporting a fixing guide 3.

 The fixing guide 3 allows once tightened using the wheel 4, on the chosen material (bricks, concrete blocks, curbs, plasterboard, etc.) to stabilize the device.

 Once this installation of each device at the ends of the segment to be built using the tightening knobs 4, the cord 5 is unwound from its spool 2 (thanks to the second element where the end of the cord is fixed) between the two alignment guides, then tensioned by simply tightening the butterfly 6 located above the coil.

 As soon as the cord is put in place, the alignment and horizontality of the structure (building segment) is created; Figures 2 and 3.

 So can start the building following this line.

 For each alignment, it suffices to repeat the process set out above.

 According to particular embodiments (right angle), an additional coil can connect the second device to a third, this procedure can be repeated on request

 l-Device for guiding the alignment and horizontality of a building segment characterized by two identical elements (a fixed and a mobile) each consisting of an interchangeable slide 1 with coil (or reel with spring return) 2 supporting a fixing guide 3.  2-Device according to claim l, each characterized by a clamping wheel 4 which stabilizes the device.  3-Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by the cord 5 wound around the coil 2, this coil being held by the tightening butterfly 6 of the fixed element.  4-Device according to these claims characterized by the mobile element which allows to unwind the cord 5 whose end is attached to this mobile element.  5-Device according to these claims characterized by a cord guide avoiding tangling of it.  6-Device on which a part 8 can be added to the slide, for another position of the cord.  7- Device that can be made of any material: composite, aluminum, iron,  ... etc.  By way of nonlimiting example, the invention will have dimensions of the order of 45 centimeters for the length and 14 centimeters for the height.
