Abstract

The device for holding open a supple bag (1) with handles (3) and bellows (2) comprises a cardboard blank (10). This blank is folded to form a pyramid section cornet the size of which is adapted to hold the inside of the bag. It is provided in its lower part with two outward foldable tabs (15,16) which are fixed in the bottom of the bag. The blank comprises four contiguous parts (11,12,13,14) with a mounting tongue on its outside. The fixing tabs have a longitudinal recess which clamps the base of the bag bellows.

Claims

Device for holding in the open position a flexible bag (1) with handles (3) and bellows (2), characterized in that it consists of a blank (10) of foldable cardboard so as to form a prismatic horn in pyramidal section whose size is adapted to fit inside the bag (1) and which is provided at its lower part with two legs (15, 16) foldable outwards intended to be fixed to the bottom of the bag (1 ).

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the blank (10) comprises four sides (11, 12, 13, 14) contiguous in pairs, and at least one mounting tab (21) on an outer side.

3. Device according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the fixing lugs (15) comprise a longitudinal recess (18) intended to clamp the base of the bellows (2) of the bag (1).
