Abstract

L'invention concerne une boisson alimentaire présentée sous la forme gélifiée dans son emballage d'origine et qui se liquéfie lors de son absorption. Elle est constituée à partir d'un breuvage liquide, alcoolisé ou non, auquel on incorpore un agent gélifiant. Elle est présentée dans un emballage souple et déformable permettant son extraction par les effets conjugués de succion et pression simultanée exercée sur le contenant. Cette invention est destinée à apporter un nouveau concept dans la façon de préparer, présenter et déguster les boissons, alcoolisées ou non.

Description

La présente invention concerne une boisson alimentaire présentée à température ambiante sous la forme gélifiée, dans un emballage individuel souple et déformable. La boisson se liquéfie lors de sa consommation après extraction de son contenant et absorption en bouche.
La consommation de boissons liquides est tributaire d'une certaine attention de la part du consommateur qui doit veiller à ne pas renverser ou répandre le breuvage durant tout le temps nécessaire à son absorption.
La boisson selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet état de fait. Elle se présente en effet sous deux formes physiques différentes: L'une gélifiée latente, à température ambiante dans son emballage d'origine, et l'autre liquide dans la bouche du consommateur après son absorption. Elle peut donc être dégustée sans risque de perte de liquide, même en plusieurs prises étalées dans le temps ou au cours de déplacements.
Après ouverture de l'emballage sur un côté approprié, par les effets conjugués exercés par le consommateur, tant de succion de la boisson gélifiée que de pression simultanée appliquée sur le corps du contenant, la boisson gélifiée retrouve une certaine fluidité permettant son absorption puis finit de se liquéfier ensuite rapidement par simple réchauffement en bouche du consommateur.
Selon ses modes particuliers de fabrication et d'emballage:
La boisson gélifiée sera constituée à partir d'un breuvage liquide auquel on incorporera un agent de gélification, comme la gélatine notamment ou tout autre composition appropriée de substances gélifiantes alimentaires lui permettant de subsister à température ambiante et dans son emballage d'origine, sous une forme gélifiée latente, qui se liquéfiera rapidement lors de son absorption.
La boisson gélifiée sera présentée en dose individuelle dans un emballage souple et déformable pour faciliter l'extraction du breuvage par succion et pression simultanée exercée sur celui-ci après ouverture sur l'un de ses côtés.
La boisson gélifiée pourra être alcoolisée ou non alcoolisée.
Cette invention est destinée à apporter un nouveau concept dans la façon de préparer, présenter et déguster les boissons.
Ses applications industrielles concernent l'industrie des boissons, sodas, limonades, gazeuses et spiritueux.

REVENDICATION
1) Boisson alimentaire caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est pourvue lors de sa fabrication d'un agent gélifiant venant lui conférer à température ambiante et dans son emballage d'origine un état gélifié latent qui se transformera en état liquide lors de la consommation après extraction de son contenant et absorption en bouche du consommateur.
