Abstract

The balustrade comprises balusters (6) placed between upper and lower mountings and inserted in modules between piers (13) fixed to the support floor (15). The piers which do not go beyond the banisters are provided with steel frames (14) which emerge from the upper and lower ends. The frames pass through the floor and through the baluster upper mounting casing which is constituted by a PVC U section which totally cover the banister (2). The baluster lower mounting casings are arranged with equi-distant positioning. The two mountings leave a space between the lower and upper ends of the baluster and the banister and lower mounting casings. This enables the introduction of mortar which is strengthened in its upper part by rods incorporated in the same longitudinal direction as the mounting.
