Abstract

The plastics container (1) has opposite lateral walls (2,4) each foldable on themselves along a folding axis (22,24). Third and fourth lateral walls (6,8) are each pivoted to the first two walls along hinge axes (14,16,18,20) parallel to the folding axis. A fifth bottom wall (12) is pivoted to rotate on the third wall so as to be either flattened against the wall when the container is folded or folded flat across the container in the unfolded state.Two opposite side walls have a handle (26,28). There are first locking pieces (38,40) for locking the container in the unfolded state. These locking pieces are located at a distance from the access opening inside the container and are mounted on one of the handles. L'invention a pour objet un bac pliant en matière plastique présentant divers perfectionnements destinés à faciliter son usage auprès des utilisateurs, notamment au niveau du transport pour l'utilisateur susceptible d'acheter et d'emporter ce bac chargé de produits. - a third and a fourth side walls (6, 8), each articulated in rotation respectively to the first and second walls along hinge axes (14, 16, 18, 20) substantially parallel to said fold axis,

- A fifth bottom wall (12) mounted articulated in rotation on one of the third or fourth walls so as either to be pressed substantially along the wall to which it is articulated, in a folded state of the container, or to be folded down at flat across the bin in an unfolded state thereof,

- And first means (38, 40) for locking the tank in its unfolded state.

2. Tray according to claim 1, characterized in that two of its opposite side walls comprise a handle (26, 28).

3. Container according to claim 2, characterized in that said first locking means are disposed away from the access opening (10) inside the container and comprise at least one locking part (38, 40) mounted on one of said handles (26, 28), which are arranged on said foldable walls and are foldable on themselves, along at least one hinge axis substantially parallel to the fold axis (22, 24 ) of said walls.
