Abstract

Improved motor vehicle seat which has a support base (15) for a seat cushion (16) fastened to the floor (14) of the vehicle, and a drawer (21) for storage mounted so that it can move between a forward position and a backward position retracted under the said support base (15), characterised in that the storage drawer (21) is incorporated into a fitting module (20) fixed to the opposite flanks of the support base of the seat, on which a first fastening shoe (22) bears the vertical rotation spindle (25) for the drawer, and on which a second fastening shoe (23) bears a catch (26) for accommodating a lock bolt (27) with spring (28) housed in a front wall (31) of the drawer (21).
