Abstract

This sliding panel, which slides between two opposite and parallel rails, includes a frame (2) comprising two posts (31, 32) and two cross-pieces (41, 42) joined at right-angles by means of four corner brackets (51 to 54) each having at least two perpendicular sides for attachment to a post (31, 32) and to a cross-piece (41, 42), wherein at least each of the two lower corner brackets (53, 54) includes a means (10) adapted to roll on a rail (76). The frame is fitted with a panel (12) filling the frame opening. INTENDED FOR THIS
The present invention relates to a sliding leaf, as used to close the front of a closet, or to separate two parts communicating with each other through an opening. This sliding leaf cooperates in general with and between two parallel rails vis-à-vis, for example one upper and the other lower.

through four corner pieces - said corner pieces each of which has a shape
parallelepiped flattened, comprising at least one dish
with at least two perpendicular flanks; more
precisely, these two flanks are arranged for the
mounting an amount, while the second
perpendicular is arranged for mounting a
crossbar - a rolling means on at least one rail, constituted
by at least two lower wheels, journalled
in the two lower corner pieces respectively,
and each passing through one of the sides of the
casing and a crossbar, to protrude from the frame - and a panel filling the opening of the frame, maintained
in a peripheral groove, delimited and obtained by
the assembly of the profiled elements of the frame.

 Such a leaf has various disadvantages.

Firstly, in the event of damage to the running gear, it is necessary to completely dismantle the sliding leaf, to release the corner pieces, and replace the defective piece by reassembling the leaf.

 And, the emergence of the rolling means of the wing of the leaf is a source of damage to the wheels during transport, storage or installation of the leaf.

 The present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the solution described and defined above.

 More specifically, the invention has for the object a sliding leaf preserving the rolling means or of any damage, before their establishment on the sliding rails, and also to easily replace said rolling means.

According to the invention, each part comprises - a hexahedral case, for example parallelepipedic
flattened, determining at least four sides, delimiting
between them at least two right angles; one of the sides
is open and at least two sides each have a
binding flank with an amount and a cross-member
frame respectively - a drawer slidably mounted inside the housing,
thanks to a slide between the latter and the
drawer, extractable from the open side of the housing, and
on which is mounted a rolling means on the rail,
for example a wheel - and a spacer with adjustable spacing, arranged
between the drawer and the housing.

 Thanks to the invention, the one or more rolling means of the leaf can be, on the one hand completely extracted from the corner pieces, and therefore separated from the assembled leaf, but without dismounting the latter, and on the other hand completely retracted or retracted into this same corner piece, releasing the edge of the leaf from any projection or asperity.

 In addition, the adjustable spacer facilitates mounting and adjustment of the sliding leaf relative to the rail, allowing in particular to make up any deviation in position or size of the rails relative to the leaf, or vice versa.

 The drawer 14 comprises, as represented in FIGS. 2 and 3, at least one, and for example, four anti-derailment elastic tabs 18, adjacent and at the level of the wheel or rolling means 10.

 The drawer 14 comprises at least one, and for example two elastic ramps 19, allowing a locking of the drawer 14 in its position retracted into the housing 13. These two ramps act relative to the two fixed elements constituted by the tabs 13c and 13d of the housing 13.

Claims (12)
