Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to the field of containers, in particular for the

  storage and consumption of beverages. The invention relates more specifically to the distribution, conservation and consumption of mineral, aerated, carbonated, still water and generally any water, spring water or drinking water or a lemonade, and capable of being packaged in a container of dimensions appropriate corresponding in particular to a

  individual personal consumption.

  The invention aims to allow in general to mix with a basic product, preferably in liquid form and at the time of use, in particular of consumption, an additive in liquid or pulverulent form capable of providing the product. in particular with the base liquid of the properties sought but which are left to

user choice.

  The invention will hereinafter be described more particularly in its application to a container intended to preserve and make available to the user a reserve of food liquid constituting a drink, but it is not limited to this application and it can be transposed to any conservation of two products, included in the same support, but being separated and

  It can be seen from all of the Figures that the main container 1 is constituted by a bottle or flask of known type and made of any material, in particular mineral glass or

synthetic material.

  The upper part which constitutes the neck carries in a known manner a thread on its outer periphery to receive the sealing cap 3 The latter comprises a cylindrical skirt 3 a whose internal thread comes in position of engagement on the

outside thread of neck 2.

  At the base of the cylindrical skirt 3 a is the belt 3 b which is attached to the base of the skirt 3 a by a zone of weakness allowing the easy separation of this tamper-evident belt 3 b which is inserted in a

throat 2 b.

  The tamper-evident belt 3b remains positioned in its receiving groove and its integrity with respect to the base of the cylindrical skirt 3a makes it possible to observe the normal state of the bottle in the waiting position and without having undergone

  no screwing or unscrewing movement.

  -8- In a new way, the cover 3 comprises a transverse membrane 4 which isolates at its upper part a

  chamber 4 a containing an addition liquid 4 b.

  This addition liquid can be, as previously indicated, all aromatic substances, in particular freeze-dried natural extracts or all extracts of products with condiments, approvals, flavorings or therapeutics. According to the invention, it is desirable that the user can, at will, mix the adduct 4 b with the base liquid or, on the contrary, have his

  tamper-evident ring has been removed.

  In Figure 4 we see the removal of the cover after the membrane 4 has been separated and after mixing the products. - The membrane 4 may advantageously be positioned obliquely in the bore of the cap so as to cause the neck to reach the initial screwing operation on the only lowest part of said membrane which will be torn only, the membrane remaining maintained and integral with the inner body of the stopper by its highest part, without free fall in the liquid contained

in the bottle.

  FIG. 5 illustrates a variant in which the container is a simple case, in particular of synthetic material, of a

  format similar to that of a cigar case In the applica-
