Abstract

The invention relates to improvements made to the methods for manufacturing wood packagings, particularly for fruit and vegetables, including side, top and/or bottom elements particularly made from bonded and compressed wood fibre panels or from packaging-quality plywood. According to the invention, the improvements in question consist in: a) using large-size panels from which the elements forming part of the composition of a specific final package will be cut; b) pasting on the surface of the said panels sheets comprising, previously printed, the desired information relating to the same number of component elements of the final package; c) cutting the said elements directly from the said pasted panels and assembling them in order to produce the final packaging.
