Abstract

Dispositif de soudure autonome portatif pour poches plastiques. La présente invention concerne un appareil portatif destiné aux patients stomisés permettant de ressouder les poches après vidange. Il est constitué d'un boitier plastique (1) et (2) et d'une presse supérieure (3), entre lesquelles s'introduit la poche plastique (21). L'action sur l'interrupteur (7) permet la soudure de la poche effectuée par la lame chauffante (14) dont l'énergie est fournie par l'accumulateur (12).

Description

La présente invention concerne un appareil portatif
basé sur la thermo-fusion des plastiques, destiné aux patients
stomisés.
Elle permet d'éviter à ces patients porteurs d'anus
artificiels, les souillures d'origines fécales.
En effet, ils se retrouvent avec un abouchement
de l'intestin à la peau et donc avec une émission de selles
incontrôlées puisqu'il n'y a plus de sphincter.
Lorsque les selles sont liquides, ces malades stap-
pareillent avec des poches collées à la peau, qu'ils vidangent
de 3 à 10 fqis par jour selon l'abondance des selles.
Actuellement l'extrémité de la poche est obstruée
après vidange par un clamp ou une barette. Cependant les
matières fécales y laissent des souillures qui tâchent les
vêtements et propagent des odeurs noséabondes.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remedier
à ce désagrément en apportant aux patients stomisés un certain
confort et entre autre une hygiène vestimentaire non négligea
ble.
Simple d'utilisation et de taille minime, il peut ,être ainsi utilisé en n'importe quel lieu et qui plus est, plusieurs fois par jours.

La planche 1/4 décrit l'utilisation de l'appareil.
La planche 2/4 représente lé dispositif suivant l'invention
vue de face, vue de dessus, vue de dos.
En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte
un boitier plastique composé d'une partie inférieure (1)
et d'un couvercle (2). Ces deux parties assemblées, par quatre
vis (19), deux écrous en partie arrière (20), et deux plots
taraudés (15) en partie avant. Le serrage efficace de ces
derniers permet la fixation de la lame chauffante auto-cou
pante (14) qui repose d'une part sur un caoutchouc résistant
à haute température (5) lequel est recouvert d'autre part
d'un revêtement isolant (téflon par exemple).
Nous retrouvons en partie haute la presse (3) cons
tituée des mêmes éléments, à savoir d'un caoutchouc (5) recou
vert d'un revêtement isolant (6).Cette dernière, articulée
par charnières (17), est équipée d'une poignée d'utilisation
(16).
La planche 3/4 représente l'appareil vue de dessous
en coupe et vue de coté nous permettant ainsi, de dis r
les divers constituants internes du boitier. Soit, l'accumula
teur 1,2V 7Ah (12), l'accumulateur 9V (13) et le circuit
imprimé (18) supportant les divers éléments de la planche 4/4 répertoriés de (R1) à (R5), (C1) et (ICI).
La personne stomisée vidange sa poche pleine de
matières fécales, introduit l'extrémité de cette dernière
dans le boitier plastique entre la lame chauffante (14) et
la presse (3) puis actionne la soudure par l'intérupteur (7).
A ce moment deux témoins lumineux (9) et (10) signa
lent à l'utilisateur le début de la soudure. L'extinction du
témoin (10) dont la durée du cycle est ajustable (R4), signa
lise la fin de la soudure.
La nécessité d'ajuster la durée du cycle est déter
minée par les différentes sortes de plastiques utilisés dans
la fabrication des poches. Ainsi la soudure de certaines d'en litre elles sera plus ou moins longue.
; Une fois la soudure effectuée, il est nécessaire de
retirer la poche (21) en gardant la presse en position basse,
de ce fait, elle est coupée le long de la soudure.
Il sera alors possible à l'utilisateur de revidan
ger après découpe et de ressouder la poche.
Le dispositif pourrait-être alors amélioré par un
système de découpe incorporé de façon à ne pas avoir d'outil
divers supplémentaire à transporter sur soi.
Afin de ne pas puiser l'énergie de l'accumulateur
(12) les signalisations sont fournies par l'intermédiaire
d'une pile distincte de 9V (13). La capacité énergétique de
l'accumulateur permet une autonomie de plusieurs soudures par
jour, suivant les besoins du patient après une recharge quo
tidienne d'environ 12 heures.
L'état de charge de l'accumulateur peut-être visualisé par l'intermédiaire de l'indicateur (8).
Le tout est intégré dans un boitier portatif plastique, il est facile de nettoyer l'élément chauffant qui est protégé par un revêtement isolant.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est donc particulièrement adapté pour souder les poches des patients stomisés de manière autonome et portative.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif autonome et portatif pour souder des poches plastiques pour patients stomisés caractérisé en ce qu il comporte une presse équipée en partie inférieure d'une lame chauffante auto-coupante.
2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure mobile (3) assure une pression suffisante pour la soudure et la découpe.
