Kunststoffolien - Schweißzange Stand der Technik
Zum Vex schweißen von thermoplastischen Folien werden u.a. Handgeräte, Handzangen oder Geräte nit Fußhedienung benutzt. Diese Geräte sind Bit Schweißschienen ausgerüstet, die dauerbeheizt oder impulsbeheizt ausgeführt werden. Für beide Beheizungsarten wird die erforderliehe Energie aus de« Stromnetz genommen.
Es gibt Anwendungsfälle, in denen eine 3troeentnahme aus den Versorgungsnetz nicht erwünscht ist oder aber keine Stroaentnahmemögiichkeit besteht.
Beschreibung der Neuerung
Das anzumeldende Schweißgerät ist mit einer Impulsheimung ausgerüstet, die durch Kleinakkumulatoren oder Batterien gespeist wird. Diese Batterien können bei z.B. Handsohweißzangen im Handgriff untergebracht werden. Bei größeren erforderlichen Leistungen können sie in oinem separaten Gehäuse mitgeführt werden.
Je nach Verwendungszweck der Schweißgeräte, kann ein Impulsbegrenzer oder bei Dauerheizung ein Temperaturregler eingebaut sein.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Handzange
dargestellt. In dem Zangenkörper 1 ist der Impulsgeber 3 und der Energieblock 4 untergebracht. Zum Auswechseln bzw. Aufladen des Blocks kann die Kappe 5 abgenommen werden. Die Unterschiene 6 ist an dem Körper 1, die Oberschiene 7 an den beweglichen Hebel 2 befestigt. Die Stromstärkekann an dem Regelknopf 8 verändert werden.
