Abstract

Appareil anti-equinisme destiné à étirer un mollet plus ou moins rétracté, tout en récupérant de l'amplitude sur la flexion dorsale de la cheville. Il est constitué par un plan incliné, de 20degré à 30degré , un support vertical et une butée d'appui.

Description

La présente invention concerne un appareil anti-equinisme. On ne connait pas d'appareil ayant la mème fonction industrialisé. L'appareil anti-équinisme selon l'invention est constitué d'une forme regroupant une butée, un plan incliné à 20 ou à 30 et d'un support vertical. Cet appareil permet après avoir engagé le talon d'un pied contre la butée, le pied reposant sur le plan incliné, d'exercer une posture favorisée par le poids du corps, dont l'effet serait à la fois d'étirer le mollet plus ou moins rétracté, tout en récupérant de l'amplitude sur la flexion dorsale de la cheville, l'autre pied est parallèle à l'appareil et situé à coté de celui-ci. I1 suffira pour cela d'avancer le pubis en avant, buste et tète redressées, sans fléchir le genou. Cette fonction permettra par conséquence de libérer les compressions de la veine saphène externe.
La figure 1 représente le dispositif selon l'invention en référence à ce dessin, le dispositif comporte: une butée (A) un plan incliné(B) à 20 ou 30 (D) par rapport au sol et un support vertical(C) à 90 par rapport au sol.
