Abstract

Car bin composed of two parts: - 1st part: A rubbish collecting container (1) made from a flexible material, the rear wall (5) of which, which is higher than the front wall (6), offers a fastening area (7) for the system for hanging, by clamping (13); the edges (2) and (3) and possibly the base (4) are folded in order to increase the capacity. - Folding (8) at the intended location and bonding the rim (7) of the rear wall (5) to the self-adhesive strip (9) allows relatively good sealing, preventing damp elements or fine particles from spreading out in the vehicle. - 2nd part: A hanging system (13) characterised in that it is composed of three separate parts: - A base plate (14), a cover (15), a cylinder (16). The slit (18) allows a flat object (collector for waste, sheets of paper, etc..) to be inserted, and held in place by the pressure of the cylinder (16) on the baseplate (14); the cylinder being guided downwards and against the baseplate by the oblique part (17) of the cover (15).

Description

CAR GARBAGE
The present invention relates to a car bin comprising a flexible material waste collection container in the form of a bag, the rear part of which is higher than the front part (FIG. 1) in order to provide a hanging range for hanging it up. using a pinch suspension system attached to a wall incidentally the rear part may be of the same height as the front part to the extent that the front part will have a notch in its upper middle as shown in FIG. 3 .

 The containers currently available are either rigid containers, generally bulky, most often fixed on the walls and thereby deteriorating the said walls, or in any flexible material, not attached to the wall and therefore able to "wander" (change space) and cause accidents, or fixed to a wall by a self-adhesive system that does not guarantee a solid grip as soon as the weight of the waste increases and in particular because of the vibrations or the quality of adhesion of the wall on which it is fixed, thus presenting obvious accident risks in the event of an impact or sudden braking.

 The invention aims to offer each passenger of a vehicle, wherever it is in the vehicle, the possibility of quickly having a waste collector, easily usable, presenting no risk to him or the other passengers and guaranteeing maximum cleanliness and minimum risk of spillage or leakage in the case of wet or partially liquid content, when the container, once filled, is unhooked and closed.

 The invention, although initially intended for use in all types of vehicles, can be advantageously used in all places where a waste collection device will prove useful or necessary (for example at workplaces, at the office or other places).

The invention consists of two parts
The first part consisting of a waste collecting container made of flexible material and the second part of a suspension system by pinching said waste collecting container.

Part 1: Waste collection container
The container of the invention is made of flexible plastic material such as polyethylene, or of paper the inner face of which will be made waterproof by a coating (such as, for example, the bags used in aircraft in the event of illness due to harm air); incidentally the inside of the bag can be covered or coated with a temperature-resistant material (aluminum film or other) to allow receiving waste such as hot ashes or badly extinguished butts (although this is not the object of the invention and that we can only advise against it for safety reasons) this improvement of the invention should only provide additional security in the event of incidents.

 The manufacture of the container will be carried out as shown in the accompanying drawings, which offer several possibilities of models.

 Figure l shows a possibility of manufacturing the manifold with the rear part higher than the front part, to provide a grip range for the suspension system.

 The collecting container (l) has the shape of a bag whose edges (2) and (3) and possibly the bottom (4) are folded in order to allow a larger capacity (such as they are found in garbage bags usual).

 In the event of manufacture in polyethylene film, it is envisaged to use sleeve film and, according to the manufacturing method which will be retained to allow the best adaptation to the best short, either the bottom (4), or the edges (2) and (3) will be heat sealed (or heat sealed), depending on the cutting direction in the sleeve.

 The rear wall (5) of the bag (1) will be higher than the front wall (6) and will have a flange (7) serving as an attachment range for the pinch suspension system.

 When the bag is full, it will suffice to unhook it from its suspension system, fold it over itself in the space provided (8), possibly pre-marked or pre-stamped and glue the rim (7) of the rear wall (5) on an adhesive strip (9) provided for this purpose the adhesive strip (9) being formed by depositing a thin layer of adhesive covered with a protective film (10) which will slightly exceed the layer adhesive to facilitate removal. This layer of adhesive being deposited on the outside of the front wall.

 The self-adhesive strip can be made of double-sided adhesive foam.

The folding of the bag at the place provided (8) and its closure by gluing the rim (7) of the rear wall (5) on the adhesive strip (9) allows a relatively good sealing of the bag when it is full and contains wet or aqueous elements, as well as very small or dusty particles, thus preventing these elements from spreading in the vehicle
In Figure 3, we have another form of manufacturing the collecting container; the front wall (6) in this case being the same height as the rear wall (5), but a cutout (11) is made in the upper part of the front wall (6) in order to allow the bag to be hooked by the pinch suspension system. Figure 4 shows the sectional view of this model. The rest being identical to the previous model as defined in Figures 1 and 2.

 A location (12) may be reserved on the front of the bag, on the outside of the front wall, as an advertising medium.

 If the bag is made of any material other than polyethylene, the models described above remain valid; only the closure system on the sides (2) and (3) and / or the bottom (4) could possibly be changed, this being possible by gluing instead of welding.

 The material used for the manufacture of the container may be transparent or opaque and of different colors according to the wishes of the distributor.

 For ecological reasons, in order not to pollute the environment, it is planned to use a biodegradable plastic material for the manufacture of the collecting container.

Part 2: Suspension system
The second part concerns a suspension system for suspending the vehicle waste collector as described above.

This suspension system itself consists of three separate parts as shown in Figure 5, 6 and 7

 - Figure 7 shows a bottom view of the bottom plate.

These three parts are
- A bottom plate (14).

 - A cover (15).

 - A cylinder (16).

 The bottom plate (14) and the cover (15) being made integral by bonding, heat bonding or heat welding, while the cylinder (16) remains free in the cage formed by the two previous parts.

 The originality of the system is that the waste collector (1) can be pinched on the bottom plate (14) by pressing the cylinder (16), which rests on the oblique part (17) of the cover (15) .

 For this, the waste collector is introduced into the suspension system through the slot (18); the cylinder (16) is guided downwards and against the bottom plate (14) by the oblique part (17) of the cover (15) so that it clamps the waste collector (1) between the bottom plate ( 14) and the cover (15).

 The pressure of this pinching is all the stronger as the weight of the waste collector increases as it is filled, which makes the suspension system more efficient; to reinforce this efficiency and avoid any possible sliding of the collector, the bottom of the upper part of the bottom plate is made rough as specified in (19).

 The oblique part (17) of the cover comprises, in its bottom middle, a notch (20) which makes it possible to push up the cylinder (16) and thus to release the waste collector (1) to throw it away.

 The bottom plate (14) has, on its upper upper face, a flange (21) over the entire top and approximately one third of the length of each side; this rim makes it possible to correctly place and hold in place the cover (15) during the assembly of the two parts (14) and (15) by gluing, heat-bonding or heat-sealing.

 The bottom plate (14) also has on its upper face and in the middle, at about two thirds of its height, a projecting part (22), which serves to hold the cylinder (16) in a horizontal position and downwards. the system inside the cage formed by the assembly of the bottom plate (14) and the cover (15); this projection (22) also makes it possible to separate the cylinder (16) from the bottom plate (14) when it is pushed upwards to put the waste collector (1) in place.

 The lower part of the bottom plate (14) has a recess (23) over most of its surface; this recess making it possible to place a double-sided adhesive foam which will be used to fix the suspension system on a wall or other location of the vehicle.

 The advantage of this recess is that it avoids too great a thickness due to the double-sided adhesive foam, a thickness which would not be advantageous from an aesthetic point of view.

 The three separate parts (14), (15) and (16) of this suspension system are made of hard plastic. This material can be of different colors.

 As with the waste collection container (1), for ecological reasons, these three parts of the suspension systems could be made of biodegradable plastic.

 The upper upper part of the cover (15) provides a space (24) for possible advertising support.

 This suspension system can also be used to suspend all types of objects, such as papers, documents, plans, photos, tea towels, towels, etc.
