Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to reduce the concentration of forces at the border of the concrete panel in all the phases of the operation. Use is thus made of a constant couple for distributing the forces at the foot of the anchor which is embedded in the panel. The invention consists of an anchor (2) embedded in the concrete, of a linking piece (1) articulated to the parallelogram system closed by the body (4) equipped with the safety rod (15) of the adjustable compression rod (6-16-17-) of the rocking (tipping) bar (9). The length of the rocking (tipping) bar (9) can vary as a function of the different lengths of the anchor (2) which are used according to the weight of the concrete panels. In order to manipulate the panel flat, use is then made of two opposite anchoring points for all the phases of the operation. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for manipulating panels in young (fresh) concrete, eliminating the risk of them breaking at the handling points.

Ce dispositif comprend: une ancre(2) destinée à être noyée dans 1'élément de béton(3); un crochet proprement dit t composé des éléments suivants:
- La pièce de liaison(T) entre le crochet et 'ancre(2) noyée dans le panneau en béton(3) de forme approximativement ovoïdale constituant l'un des côtés du parallépipède,comportant une gorge de forme adaptée à la réception de la tête de l'ancre(2) noyée dans le béton(3).
