Abstract

The invention relates to an entirely self-contained alarm system with active infrared detection. The system consists, in the same housing, of a detector 2 emitting an infrared beam which, being reflected by the reflector 5, triggers an alarm of two to three minutes characterised by: - the production of a sound signal at a power of 110dB, modulated in frequency, produced by a loud speaker 1 on the one hand, - the presence of a socket for connection of external appliances on the other hand. The system can be powered by the mains or by a battery. The system according to the invention is more particularly intended for individuals requiring an alarm which is simple to use and is movable.

Selon une variante, le système peut être constitué de tout élément différent commandant la mise en marche/arrêt, qu'il soit radioélectrique, mécanique ou autre.
