Description

The present invention relates to a device for protecting

  storage rooms, by an acoustic contactor detector circuit coupled with a smoke alarm device, luminous,

sound and gas.

  The device object of the present invention is particularly intended for the protection of vaults. It includes an acoustic accumulator switch associated with a smoke and a circuit breaker. When it is triggered, the device enables the vault to be plunged into total darkness by cutting off the light and to release a thick smoke on the outside,

  which certainly attracts the attention of passers-by.

  Another advantage of the device is that it is

  usable in the presence of customers.

  In addition, the device is harmless to people

  and does not require any staff intervention.

  The device according to the invention detects, via a low frequency microphone, all the ambient noise present on the

protected places.

  The detected signal is amplified in a selective manner. A converter makes it possible to recover a proportional voltage

at the analyzed level.

  This voltage is accumulated in a capacitor with strong

  capacity which allows to integrate all variations.

  This level is visualized by a luminous ramp. This same level is analyzed by a threshold detector determining the

alarm level.

  In order to avoid any possible masking, an anti-masking device is provided. An ultra-sound transmitter continuously transmits a signal to the mircro-ultra sound placed near the low frequency microphone. This signal is amplified according to the same principle as the low frequency part. The presence of a tensi on allows

  to ensure the proper functioning of the system. Like before,

  a threshold detector analyzes the alarm threshold.

  According to an indispensable rule in terms of alarm, a

  self-protection loop is wired.

  A logic circuit analyzes this information and determines

  according to the data if it is necessary to perform a trigger

  alarm. This triggering is controlled by a temporality

  which limits the duration of the alarm.

  An output interface is used to control: - an electric shutter ensuring the ignition of smoke

  - a control system intended to cut off the general lighting

  The accompanying drawings illustrate by way of nonlimiting example an embodiment of the device according to the

present invention.

  An omni-directional microphone 1 of dynamic type analyzes the ambient noise and in particular the frequencies below 10 Hz with good fidelity. A preamplifier 2 organized around an operational type integrated circuit amplifies the signal. This signal is in a second step amplified by a second integrated circuit. This second step has the particularity, through a selective amplifier 3, to amplify only the low frequencies. The choice of the limits of the spectrum of

  selective circuit response depends on the application and the com-

  acoustic bearing of the protected place. The signal from the amplifier

  Selective indicator 3 is converted into DC voltage and integrated by a converter 4. A capacitive system makes it possible to delay any event and not to react to any unwanted noise. A viewing system 5 with light beam gives at any time

  the level of ambient noise. This floor is organized around a

  A threshold detector 6 organized around an operational amplifier intervenes to precisely adjust the triggering threshold. This logic output signal is processed by a

circuit 7.

  In order to overcome attempts to sabotage, a control circuit has been added to the detection system. An ultrasonic transmitter 8 assistant of an ultrasonic capsule 9 emits a permanent signal. An ultrasonic sensitive receiving capsule 10 is placed near the low frequency microphone 1 and the received signal is amplified by the preamplifier 11 and the amplifier.

  As in the low frequency chain, a converter 13 converts the signal into voltage in order to operate it with the threshold detector 14 which will determine the warning threshold. The general device is thus autoprotected in a dynamic way. A chain of self-protection 20 (passive system) controls

  The control circuit 7 analyzes three pieces of information-

  the logical level resulting from the low frequency chain,

  - the logical level resulting from the ultra-sound chain of anti-

masking,

  In the normal case: - the logical level resulting from the low frequency chain

  indicates that there are no suspicious noises.

  - the logical level coming from the ultra-sound chain indicates that

  the signal is received at a suitable level.

  - the logical level resulting from the chain of self-protection

  indicates that no box is open.

  If one of the parameters is changed there is alarm and the time is determined by the timer adjustable according to the application. The timer controls two special stages for igniting the smoke 16 and the extinction of the lights 17. The general device is powered from 220 volts and is converted into 12 volts DC with a stabilized power supply. This power supply also charges a battery

  19 which serves as a backup in case of failure of the EDF network.

  The device object of the invention is intended for the protection of vaults and more generally for all rooms containing valuable objects and to receive the public.

Claims (4)

  1) Safety device for safes rooms, characterized in   what it comprises a low frequency chain, an ultra-low chain   anti-masking sound and an alarm chain; the low frequency system comprises a low frequency microphone (1) for analyzing the noises, a preamplifier (2) which increases the signal, which is amplified by a second selective amplifier (3), the signal coming from the amplifier (3) is converted into DC voltage and integrated by a converter (4), a display system (5) gives the noise level at any time, a threshold detector (6) adjusts the trigger threshold and the output logic signal is processed by the control logic cell constituted by the circuit (7); the ultrasonic sound system comprises an ultra-sound transmitter (8) associated with an ultra-sound capsule (9), an ultrasonic sound receiver (10) is placed near the microphone (1) and the signal received is amplified by the preamplifier (11) and by the amplifier (12), then a converter (13) transforms the signal for use by a threshold detector (14); the alarm system comprises a timer (15) which controls two stages for igniting the smoke (16) and for the extinguisher of lights (17).   2) Protective device according to claim 1, characterized in that for the low frequency chain, the preamplifier (2)   organized around an integrated circuit is associated with an amplification   selector (3) processing only the desired frequencies.   3) protection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the circuit (7) consisting of a control logic cell analyzes: the logic level from the low frequency chain, the logic level from the ultra-sound chain   anti-masking, the logical level coming from the chain of   protection. 4) Protection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the control logic cell controls the chain   alarm through an output interface.
