Abstract

The windcheater is noteworthy in that the centreback is produced in two symmetrical half-parts 6.1 - 6.2 which are joined partially along a linking line 6.4 via their opposite edges, in a vertical median plane of the windcheater, the said centreback half-parts being arranged and profiled with a zone having a cut panel oriented angularly with free edges 6.5 - 6.6, the ends of which are fastened to the linking lines 5.2 - 6.4, revealing a profiled notch whose base consists of the linking line 5.2; and in that a piece 9 having a shape and dimensions which are greater than those of the abovementioned notch is inserted in the inner part of the windcheater, superposed over the abovementioned notch, being fastened via its base 9.1 to the lower-back part along the linking line 5.2 and partially along the line 6.4 joining the two centreback half-parts.

Description

 The invention relates to an improved windbreaker.

The invention relates to the technical sector of light clothing for protection against wind, rain and other climatic factors. Such known garments are sold in particular under the Trademarks "K.WAY", "GX
GUY XSAR "and others. Remember that they are made from a fabric or fine canvas corresponding in the unfolded state to a jacket, light jacket or anorak, and in the folded state in the form of a pocket or fanny pack hanging around the waist of the individual.

 This type of vertically, to allow a certain comfort due to the user, is arranged on the back part with a ventilation flap facilitating the hygienic conditions of wearing of clothing with regard in particular to perspiration. Illustrated in Figure 1 of the drawing is a windbreaker <1) of this type in rear view. The ventilation flap <2) is established on the total width of the back part. This flap is joined with the side seams (3) connecting the front and rear parts of the windbreaker. Such an embodiment is satisfactory for ensuring the aeration and ventilation function. However, in practice, putting on the windbreaker by the user is sometimes difficult if it is too tight in size in view of the body size of the individual. The windbreaker is indeed put on by the head with the arms raised or noticeably bent and setting up is not always practical. One can sometimes, under excessive pulling actions cause the tear of the windbreak in certain places.

 Also known are windbreakers with full opening on the front by a zipper or the like. Depending on the size of the individual wearing it, there is often tension on the tearing source tissue.

 The aim sought after according to the invention was to remedy these drawbacks and to propose a simple and practical solution and improvement to be implemented, at a low cost price.

 Thus, according to a first characteristic of the invention, the windbreaker is remarkable in that the mid back is produced in two symmetrical half-parts partially joined along a connecting line by their facing edges, in a plane vertical median of the windbreaker, said mid-back halves being arranged and profiled with a cutaway zone angularly oriented with free edges, the ends of which are fixed to the connecting lines, revealing a profiled notch, the base of which is formed by the lower back and middle back connecting line; and in that a piece of shape and dimensions greater than those of the aforementioned notch, is inserted into the inner part of the windbreaker superimposed on the aforementioned notch by being fixed by its base to the lower back part along of the connecting line and partially along the joining line of the two half-back parts.

 Thus, according to the invention, the improved windbreaker with or without complete opening on the front, allows a certain elasticity of the chest measurement due to the extensible deformation of the back mounting as defined, which allows ample movements in the best comfort conditions.

 These characteristics and others will emerge clearly from the following description.

 In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is described in a nonlimiting manner illustrated in the figures of the drawings.

 The invention relates to a windbreaker which may or may not have a complete opening on the front by known means of the zipper or similar type.

 The windbreaker according to the invention is illustrated as a whole by (4). It includes a lower back part (5) defined by lateral seam lines (5.1) connecting with the lower front part (8>, and by a transverse seam line (5.2) connecting substantially horizontally with the middle back part. (6> shaped directly with the sleeve part of the windbreaker. This middle back part is made in two symmetrical half-parts (6.1 - 6.2) connecting to the aforementioned back part and to the cap part (7> of the windbreaker and extending to form the sleeves (6.3). The two half-portions of the middle back are joined to each other by a seam line (6.4) vertical to the general plane of the windbreaker. 6.4> is established only on a part only (L1) of the total length (L2) separating in the median plane the upper line of connection of the cap and the mid back and the median line separating the lower back with the mid back. In addition, the connection between the lower back and the middle back does not only on a part along the seam line (5.2) revealing a free area (5.3) in the central part located opposite and extension of the seam line (6.4> above. Each half-back part thus presents a free cutaway zone which, when the two half-parts of which opposite, define. a notch in the form of a triangulation for example. The two borders (6.5 6.6) thus defined of the middle back part are free and their ends are fixed to the aforementioned seam lines (5.2 - 6.4). The edges (6.5 - 6.6) are oblique to the general plane of the windbreaker and can be rectilinear defining a triangulation, or curvilinear defining another shape. In addition, a piece (9) of triangulated or similar shape is attached to the interior of the windbreaker superimposed on the aforementioned notch. Its size is greater than that of the triangulated notch or the like appearing externally on the windbreak established by the particular shape of the back middle. This piece (9) is fixed by its base (9.1) with the lower back part along the seam line (5.2) and partially along the seam line (6.4) joining the two half back half-parts, this by a seam line (9.2). The sides (9.3 - 9.4) of the triangulated part are free.

 Thus, according to the invention, the triangulated notch or of similar shape defining rectilinear or curvilinear oblique sections allows, on the one hand, good ventilation inside the windbreaker. In addition, due to the fact that the borders (6.5 - 6.6) are free and not sewn to other parts of the windbreaker, this allows, by a natural deformation of the mid back, greater ease of donning and / or port by the user. A certain elasticity of the chest measurement is obtained due to the extensible deformation of the back mounting as defined, which allows wide movements in the best conditions of comfort.

 The advantages emerge clearly from the invention. We emphasize the perfect adaptability of the windbreaker and the best comfort it provides. In addition, the back part presents by the notch considered a new aesthetic allowing to combine the color effects given by the low back part, middle back and the inner part.

Claims (3)

-1- Improved windbreaker of the type comprising a lower back part (5) and a middle back part (6) associated with each other by a substantially horizontal connecting line <5.2) and defining a ventilation zone, said middle back part having sleeve-shaped extensions and receiving, in its upper part, the cap (7), characterized in that the middle back is produced in two symmetrical half-parts (6.1 - 6.2) partially joined along a line of connection <6.4) by their facing edges, in a vertical median plane of the windbreaker, said half-back parts being arranged and profiled with a cutaway area angularly oriented with free edges (6.5 - 6.6) whose ends are attached to the connecting lines (5.2 - 6.4) by revealing a profiled notch whose base is formed by the connecting line (5.2); and in that a piece (9) of shape and dimensions greater than those of the aforementioned notch, is inserted into the inner part of the windbreaker superimposed on the aforementioned notch, being fixed by its base (9.1) to the lower back part along the connecting line (5.2) and partially along the joining line (6.4) of the two half back mid-parts. -2- Windbreaker according to claim 1, characterized in that the borders <6.5 - 6.6) are rectilinear and define, with the connecting line <5.2>, a notch of triangulated shape. -3- Windbreaker according to claim 1, characterized in that the edges (6.5 - 6.6) are curvilinear and define, with the connecting line (5.2), a notch of rounded shape.
