  The present invention relates to a new type of condition -

  flexible food for both itinerant and table consumption of any solid or liquid food product, including of course all

ice creams and sorbets.

  This new universal and flexible food packaging consists of: - a conical element, cone-cut (1) of reduced thickness to the minimum while ensuring a good grip, in unbreakable material (plastic, cardboard ...) or in any another food grade material suitable for this type of packaging, and several elements, frustoconical containers (2) and (3) (two in the case of the example), stackable by interlocking into each other, , and of technical characteristics identical to those of

  These different elements (1), (2) and (3) being, moreover, when they are packaged for transport, respectively nestable into each other, by categories of shapes and sizes, thus making it possible to optimize their own packaging, and therefore to reduce to
