RECIPIENT POUR PRODUITS ALIMENTAIRES
La présente invention est relative à un récipient pour produits alimentaires, destiné en particulier au conditionnement d'une pluralité de produits alimentaires de différents types qui peuvent être mangés ensemble ou qui peuvent être consommés en combinaison ou les uns après les autres.
En particulier, l'invention est relative à un récipient qui peut servir à réaliser le conditionnement de plusieurs produits alimentaires qui se complètent à la fois du point de vue organoleptique et du point de vue nutritionnel, et qui empêche un mélange non souhaitable de divers aliments avant et pendant leur consommation.
On connaît, par exemple, des emballages de conditionnement de produits alimentaires qui comprennent en combinaison un aliment liquide, par exemple une boisson, un aliment solide,
par exemple des barres de chocolat ou un produit de boulangerie comme des morceaux de pain, et un aliment analogue à une crème qui peut être mangé avec l'aliment solide.
Compte tenu des différents types de produits alimentaires et des caractéristiques physiques et de la quantité de ceux-ci à l'intérieur de l'emballage, ces emballages comprennent un récipient principal ayant une pluralité de compartiments, au moins un des compartiments étant défini par un récipient auxiliaire constitué par un élément rapporté placé à l'intérieur du récipient principal.
Le récipient auxiliaire, qui peut lui-même définir un ou plusieurs compartiments, sert à réaliser un espace de conditionnement qui peut être ajusté en fonction de la quantité de produit placée dans celui-ci, indépendamment du volume du récipient principal.
La présente invention propose un récipient nouveau pour le conditionnement d'une combinaison d'une pluralité de produits alimentaires, en particulier du type indiqué plus haut, dont la fabrication est avantageuse et économique.
L'invention a pour objet un récipient pour produits alimentaires défini dans les revendications annexées.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'étude de la description détaillée d'un mode de réalisation pris à titre d'exemple non limitatif et illustré par les dessins annexés, sur lesquels :

Considérant les dessins, un récipient selon l'invention comprend un corps de conditionnement globalement désigné par le repère 2, qui a globalement une forme de cuvette, de préférence une forme cylindrique ou tronconique, qui a de préférence une section transversale circulaire ou elliptique et une paroi latérale 4, une paroi de base 6 et une ouverture supérieure du type embouchure 8.
En particulier, l'invention est relative à un corps de conditionnement qui a une structure d'une seule pièce (monobloc), qui est constitué par une matière plastique, de préférence appropriée pour un contact avec des aliments, par exemple du polypropylène,
et qui peut être fabriqué à l'aide de techniques de moulage par injection.
Une cloison transversale désignée par le repère 10 fait partie du corps 2 et subdivise l'espace intérieur du corps de conditionnement 2 en deux chambres, respectivement désignées par les repères 12 et 14. La cloison transversale 10, qui est de préférence une cloison diamétrale dans une configuration du corps de conditionnement à section transversale circulaire, s'étend verticalement depuis la paroi de base 6 jusqu'au pourtour de l'embouchure 8 et est de préférence reliée à la paroi latérale 4 du corps de conditionnement à l'aide de parties formant parois arquées ou arrondies 10a et 10b.
Une deuxième cloison transversale 16, qui fait également partie du corps de conditionnement,
s'étend depuis une région intermédiaire de la cloison transversale 10 jusqu'à la paroi latérale 4 et est reliée à celles-ci, de préférence à l'aide de parties dormant parois arquées 16a. La cloison transversale précitée 16 s'étend verticalement depuis l'embouchure profilée 8, ou depuis une région adjacente à l'embouchure profilée, vers le bas jusqu'à la paroi de base 6 du corps de conditionnement de manière à subdiviser la chambre 14 en deux chambres ou compartiments adjacents 18 et 20.
Le compartiment 20 comporte une paroi de base 22 illustrée par une ligne discontinue sur le dessin de la Fig. 1, laquelle est reliée et fait corps avec les cloisons 16 et 10 et avec la paroi latérale 14 et est décalée par rapport à la paroi de base 6 du corps de conditionnement ou est espacée par rapport au plan de la paroi de base 6.
Comme illustré sur le dessin en coupe de la Fig.
4, la paroi de base 22 du compartiment 20 est de préférence reliée à la paroi latérale 4 du récipient et aux 2005/0048 cloisons 16 et 10 à l'aide de parties formant parois de base 22a ayant un profil en coupe arqué dans un plan vertical, pour permettre à un utilisateur de retirer plus facilement une substance alimentaire analogue à une crème qui, comme indiqué plus en détail plus loin, est généralement destinée à être introduite dans le compartiment 20.
La région centrale 22b de la paroi de base 22 est globalement plane mais peut aussi avoir une forme concave donnée orientée vers le haut.
La partie formant paroi arquée 22a de la paroi de base est de préférence en outre reliée à la paroi latérale 4 et aux cloisons 10 et 16 à l'aide d'une pluralité de nervures de renforcement 36.
La paroi de base 6 a, en regard de la paroi de base 22,
une ouverture 24 de façon que la paroi de base 22 du compartiment ou de la chambre 20, la paroi latérale 4 du récipient, la paroi de la cloison 10 et la cloison 16 définissent une chambre auxiliaire 26 qui débouche vers le bas, ou à la base du corps de conditionnement. L'embouchure 8 du corps de conditionnement a de préférence un rebord radial 28, auquel peut être associée - par collage ou soudage - une bande de fermeture (non représentée) qui est généralement en matière métallique et/ou en matière plastique, laquelle est généralement fabriquée de manière à pouvoir être percée au moment choisi, sur toute son étendue ou au moins dans une zone prédéterminée, par exemple à l'aide d'une paille C qui est pourvue d'une extrémité pointue.
Dans la forme de réalisation préférée illustrée sur les dessins,
la paroi latérale 4 du corps de conditionnement 2 comporte une échancrure ou un évidement 30 ayant - en coupe transversale du récipient - un profil analogue à une pointe, ou un profil défini par les parties arquées 10a de la paroi 4 qui convergent en pointe, dans lequel peut être reçue et fixée, par exemple à l'aide d'une colle, une paille C qui est disposée verticalement dans ce creux, dans un emballage approprié analogue à un film sous le rebord radial 28.
Comme indiqué plus haut, le récipient permet de conditionner des produits alimentaires qui ont des consistances différentes et qui peuvent être consommés en combinaison, en particulier une boisson, un produit alimentaire solide et un produit alimentaire ayant la consistance d'une crème.
En particulier, la chambre 12, qui occupe de préférence approximativement la moitié du volume du corps 2, est destinée à recevoir une boisson, comme par exemple un jus de fruit, une boisson sucrée, un sirop ou une boisson à base de thé. 2005/0048
Surtout lorsqu'il est nécessaire que la boisson soit conditionnée dans des conditions stériles, cette boisson, au lieu d'être introduite directement dans la chambre 12, peut être contenue dans un récipient auxiliaire, par exemple en matière plastique thermoformée, qui peut être inséré dans la chambre 12 et qui a de préférence une forme sensiblement complémentaire de l'espace de logement de cette chambre. A cette fin, il est préférable d'utiliser un récipient auxiliaire qui a une paroi relativement souple et qui est pourvu d'un rebord radial tout autour de l'embouchure de celui-ci.
Afin d'immobiliser un récipient auxiliaire (non représenté) de ce type, il est possible d'insérer dans la chambre 12 (à l'intérieur de la chambre elle-même) des guides d'engagement 32, qui sont par exemple constitués par des éléments verticaux analogues à des nervures et qui sont associés à des saillies internes appropriées 33 (formées dans le haut de la cloison transversale 10 et dans la paroi latérale 4 dans la zone de l'embouchure 8) qui peuvent se serrer contre le pourtour supérieur annulaire ou le rebord radial du récipient auxiliaire dans la chambre 12.
Naturellement, ce récipient auxiliaire peut avoir lui-même une bande de fermeture pouvant être percée à l'aide d'une paille et associée ou soudée au pourtour de l'embouchure de celui-ci.
Le compartiment ou la chambre 18 est globalement destiné à recevoir un produit alimentaire solide, comme par exemple des morceaux de pain ou des barres de chocolat, mais également un produit alimentaire sous forme de granulés ou de particules, comme des céréales transformées, des morceaux de noisettes, des cacahuètes, des amandes, des pistaches ou autres.
Le compartiment ou la chambre 20 est globalement destiné à recevoir un produit alimentaire sous la forme d'une crème qui peut être combiné, d'un point de vue organoleptique, avec le produit alimentaire solide.
A cette fin, la section transversale de la chambre 20 - comme indiqué plus haut - a une forme globalement triangulaire avec des angles arrondis 10a et 16a, ce qui facilite le prélèvement de la substance alimentaire analogue à une crème à l'aide d'une cuiller ou d'une spatule ou à l'aide du produit alimentaire solide précité, qui est dans ce cas constitué par un bâton d'aliment. Comme indiqué précédemment, le récipient monobloc peut être réalisé en matière plastique moulée par injection de façon que sa fabrication ne nécessite pas d'autres opérations d'assemblage.
La chambre 26, qui est ouverte à la base du récipient, constitue un espace auxiliaire de conditionnement qui peut recevoir un accessoire comme par exemple une spatule ou un gadget, par exemple un cadeau surprise.
Dans ce cas, il est entendu 2005/0048 qu'un autre élément de fermeture ou un couvercle, qui peut être dégagé manuellement et qui donne accès à la chambre 26 et permet de retirer l'accessoire précité, peut être associé à la paroi de base du récipient.
De la sorte, l'extraction de l'accessoire - réalisée depuis le bas du récipient s'effectue indépendamment de lOuverture du récipient, par exemple en retirant la bande de fermeture montée sur l'embouchure 8 et nécessaire pour la conservation des substances alimentaires.
Il en résulte une meilleure hygiène pour le conditionnement.
L'emballage de conditionnement selon l'invention convient donc pour un type de consommation qui peut être sensiblement défini comme une consommation de produit solide et de boisson, l'utilisateur ayant la possibilité de consommer simultanément ou sensiblement simultanément des substances alimentaires différentes et - éventuellement - ayant accès à un accessoire ou une surprise logée dans le récipient avant ou après la consommation des substances alimentaires, et de toute manière indépendamment de la consommation de ces substances alimentaires.

CONTAINER FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a container for food products, in particular for packaging a plurality of food products of different types that can be eaten together or that can be consumed in combination or one after the other.
In particular, the invention relates to a container that can be used for packaging several food products that complement one another both organoleptically and nutritionally, and that prevents an undesirable mixing of various foods. before and during their consumption.
For example, packaging packages for food products are known which comprise in combination a liquid food, for example a beverage, a solid food,
for example, chocolate bars or a bakery product such as pieces of bread, and a cream-like food that can be eaten with the solid food.
Considering the different types of food products and the physical characteristics and the quantity of these inside the package, these packages comprise a main container having a plurality of compartments, at least one of the compartments being defined by a auxiliary container constituted by an insert element placed inside the main container.
The auxiliary container, which may itself define one or more compartments, serves to provide a packaging space that can be adjusted according to the amount of product placed therein, regardless of the volume of the main container.
The present invention provides a novel container for packaging a combination of a plurality of food products, particularly of the type indicated above, the manufacture of which is advantageous and economical.
The invention relates to a container for food products defined in the appended claims.
The invention will be better understood on studying the detailed description of an embodiment taken by way of nonlimiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which:

Referring to the drawings, a container according to the invention comprises a conditioning body generally designated by the reference numeral 2, which generally has a cup shape, preferably a cylindrical or frustoconical shape, which preferably has a circular or elliptical cross section and a lateral wall 4, a base wall 6 and an upper opening of the mouthpiece type 8.
In particular, the invention relates to a packaging body which has a one-piece structure (monobloc), which is constituted by a plastic material, preferably suitable for contact with foodstuffs, for example polypropylene,
and which can be manufactured using injection molding techniques.
A transverse partition designated by the reference 10 is part of the body 2 and subdivides the interior space of the conditioning body 2 into two chambers, respectively designated by the marks 12 and 14. The transverse partition 10, which is preferably a diametrical partition in a configuration of the circular cross-section packaging body extends vertically from the base wall 6 to the periphery of the mouthpiece 8 and is preferably connected to the side wall 4 of the packaging body with the aid of parts forming arcuate or rounded walls 10a and 10b.
A second transverse partition 16, which is also part of the conditioning body,
extends from an intermediate region of the transverse partition 10 to the side wall 4 and is connected thereto, preferably by means of curved walled parts 16a. The aforesaid transverse partition 16 extends vertically from the profiled mouth 8, or from a region adjacent to the profiled mouth, down to the base wall 6 of the conditioning body so as to subdivide the chamber 14 into two adjacent chambers or compartments 18 and 20.
The compartment 20 has a base wall 22 illustrated by a dashed line in the drawing of FIG. 1, which is connected and is integral with the partitions 16 and 10 and with the side wall 14 and is offset with respect to the base wall 6 of the conditioning body or is spaced from the plane of the base wall 6.
As illustrated in the sectional drawing of FIG.
4, the base wall 22 of the compartment 20 is preferably connected to the side wall 4 of the container and to the 2005/0048 partitions 16 and 10 by means of base wall portions 22a having a sectional profile arcuate in a plane vertical, to allow a user to more easily remove a cream-like food substance which, as indicated in more detail below, is generally intended to be introduced into the compartment 20.
The central region 22b of the base wall 22 is generally planar but may also have a given concave shape facing upwards.
The arcuate wall portion 22a of the base wall is preferably further connected to the side wall 4 and the partitions 10 and 16 by a plurality of reinforcing ribs 36.
The base wall 6 has, facing the base wall 22,
an opening 24 so that the base wall 22 of the compartment or the chamber 20, the side wall 4 of the container, the wall of the partition 10 and the partition 16 define an auxiliary chamber 26 which opens downwards, or at the base of the conditioning body. The mouth 8 of the packaging body preferably has a radial flange 28, to which may be associated - by bonding or welding - a closure band (not shown) which is generally made of metal and / or plastic, which is generally manufactured in such a way that it can be pierced at the chosen moment, over its entire extent or at least in a predetermined zone, for example using a straw C which is provided with a pointed end.
In the preferred embodiment illustrated in the drawings,
the side wall 4 of the packaging body 2 comprises a notch or recess 30 having - in cross-section of the container - a profile similar to a point, or a profile defined by the arcuate portions 10a of the wall 4 which converge in a point, in which can be received and fixed, for example with the aid of an adhesive, a straw C which is arranged vertically in this hollow, in a suitable packaging similar to a film under the radial flange 28.
As indicated above, the container can be used to package food products that have different consistencies and that can be consumed in combination, in particular a beverage, a solid food product and a food product having the consistency of a cream.
In particular, the chamber 12, which preferably occupies approximately half the volume of the body 2, is intended to receive a drink, such as for example a fruit juice, a sweet drink, a syrup or a tea drink. 2005/0048
Especially when it is necessary for the beverage to be packaged under sterile conditions, this beverage, instead of being introduced directly into the chamber 12, may be contained in an auxiliary container, for example thermoformed plastic, which can be inserted in the chamber 12 and which preferably has a shape substantially complementary to the housing space of this chamber. For this purpose, it is preferable to use an auxiliary container which has a relatively flexible wall and which is provided with a radial rim all around the mouth of the latter.
In order to immobilize an auxiliary container (not shown) of this type, it is possible to insert in the chamber 12 (inside the chamber itself) engagement guides 32, which are for example constituted by vertical members similar to ribs and which are associated with appropriate internal projections 33 (formed in the top of the transverse partition 10 and in the side wall 4 in the region of the mouth 8) which can be clamped against the upper periphery annular or radial rim of the auxiliary container in the chamber 12.
Naturally, this auxiliary container may itself have a closure band that can be pierced with a straw and associated or welded around the mouth of the latter.
The compartment or chamber 18 is generally intended to receive a solid food product, such as pieces of bread or bars of chocolate, but also a food product in the form of granules or particles, such as processed cereals, pieces of hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, pistachios or others.
The compartment or chamber 20 is generally intended to receive a food product in the form of a cream that can be combined organoleptically with the solid food product.
To this end, the cross section of the chamber 20 - as indicated above - has a generally triangular shape with rounded corners 10a and 16a, which facilitates the removal of the cream-like food substance by means of a spoon or spatula or using the aforementioned solid food product, which is in this case constituted by a food stick. As indicated above, the one-piece container may be made of injection molded plastic material so that its manufacture does not require other assembly operations.
The chamber 26, which is open at the base of the container, is an auxiliary packaging space that can receive an accessory such as a spatula or a gadget, for example a surprise gift.
In this case, it is understood 2005/0048 that another closure element or a cover, which can be released manually and which gives access to the chamber 26 and allows the aforementioned accessory to be removed, can be associated with the wall of base of the container.
In this way, the extraction of the accessory - performed from the bottom of the container is effected independently of the opening of the container, for example by removing the closure band mounted on the mouth 8 and necessary for the preservation of food substances.
This results in better hygiene for packaging.
The packaging packaging according to the invention is therefore suitable for a type of consumption that can be substantially defined as a consumption of solid product and beverage, the user having the ability to consume simultaneously or substantially simultaneously different food substances and - optionally - having access to an accessory or a surprise placed in the container before or after the consumption of the food substances, and in any case regardless of the consumption of these food substances.
