Abstract

The invention consists in overcoming the lack of a cellar for preserving foodstuffs in detached houses. It consists of a box structure made of waterproof concrete precast in the workshop and comprises a rim at its upper part 2 which prevents surface water from penetrating, an access orifice 4 supplied with a staircase 3 makes it possible to enter it, a ventilation duct 1 installed at each end enables it to be effectively ventilated.

L'accès s'effectue au moyen d'un escalier constitué de 2 limons également en béton préfabriqué armé sur lesquels sont fixes des plaques de même matériau. (3)
Un rebord en surélévation par rapport au niveau supèrieur du caisson empêche la pénétration des eaux de ruissellement, ce rebord se situe tout autour de l'orifice d'accès.(2)
Des buses de ventilation recouvertes d'un chapeau sont installées à chaque extrémité de la longueur de la cave,elles permettent une aération eificace évitant la condensation. (1)
